Thirty First Outfitters — Local services in Cotati

I am not in the paintball world at all. But I was working on a project that required me to fill a small C02 tank up. I have never done anything with gas or tanks, so I was a little nervous walking in to their store. They're the only ones around that can fill a small tank.

I walked in and basically dumped the tank and connecting paintball flow tube things on their counter and asked for all the help and any advice about handling and storing a tank. The man behind the counter went above and beyond for me. Including a demo so I could hear what it sounded like when gas was leaving the tank, and how the connecting flow knob worked. I feel so super confident in being safe with it now, and some of my worries, admittedly, were unfounded. He showed me what to look for and how to store things properly, how to fit the nozzle and flow stuff together and explained everything in detail, but in a way where I didn't feel dumb or silly. Which is the BEST, and a sign of someone who knows what they're doing.

I felt very welcomed and am super grateful. If this is how above and beyond he went for someone just filling up a tank. I can't imagine how much help they'd be with other parts of the hobby. I highly recommend, especially if you're getting into the hobby and especially if you might be a little nervous about not being the usual paintball demographic. Super friendly store, so helpful. From my experience for the first time going there yes i will say everything in there is really expensive and whatever they have on the wall is all they got so if you dont see it then they dont have it (but they can order it) they also have some parts for your guns but not much also they do repairs but they take weeks and theres also a line you have to wait for but despite that I would say it's all worth it the staff is extremely knowledgeable about both airsoft and paintball they will tell you straight up what's better for your buck if your looking for something specific they test your gun for fps, mag compatibility, and will even go as far as taking a brand new mag out of the box just to test and see if its compatible, there every friendly and have some really good gear and other supplies other then that I would say this place is worth your time but like I said it is a bit expensive but...
