WiFi Wash — Local services in Cotati

Aside from feeling uncomfortable the whole time from creepy dudes staring at me & following me around the laundromat & their wives or girlfriends shooting daggars at me.. The dryers suck 4mins for .25 cents, I did 28mins for a small load & I've got my towels & hoodies hanging to dry today. Everything else I can pretend was dry with it raining today.

Today I went to use my debit card at Target & got declined. Got on my bank app and there's 4 transactions from WiFi wash. .25 for a dryer cuz I ran out of quarters. $8 my 2 loads $4x2. One for $15 and a second one for $15!

When I called I was told, "oh that's just what the system does to make sure u have money. It should come off in 72hrs and charge u the correct price. " But it already did!! I was charged the $8.25 I spent, then an additional $30.. that will what? Adjust to zero? Meanwhile I can't use my money I didn't spend, until they release it.. I'm not sure why we've not made this practice...

This place is AWESOME! I've been coming here for 2 years now and I came because the price was right and the him please made you feel welcome and went above and beyond. But I do have to say there were some logistical issues. It's now under new ownership and the new owner, drew, is very invested in continuing the tradition and reputation of Wi-Fi wash. You can sign up to have them use a machine to start your washer and dryer and may will catch you out at the end. Or you can bring quarters if you wanna do it that way. They also offer a wash and fold which is great for when you just don't have time period I've only done that once and I was so embarrassed because I realized how awful I am at folding in comparison to them. Lol There is never a wait for the washer and dryer equipment. They have EXTRA LARGE washers that fit 6+ loads at once and are big enough for my Cal King Bedding. I did 5 loads today, wash/dry for $14. 00....

Dislike going here after the new ownership and I will no longer wash my clothes here. I was asked to put my mask on by the owner or an employee, which yes I shouldn't have pulled it down to momentarily scratch my nose, that was my mistake but the place was nearly empty aside from myself and 1 or 2 people.. I was the buildings length away from anyone there, more than 20ft at least.

Well, not too long ago a caucasian customer blatantly walked in without a mask on the Entire time… She passed by various other customers while unmasked, had a conversation with one of the employees without a mask in sight, passed by a few other masked customers on the way out, there were numerous patrons there and was NEVER questioned about her mask.
