These guys are super awesome. I would recommend this location to anyone! I decided to ski for the first time in over 20 years, so we rented equipment and purchased our lift tickets on Saturday night, to go skiing on Sunday. There was an accident so we were stuck at the resort until pretty late, and I forgot my skis (of course). The guy took pity on me and let me return it slightly later. When I was at the mouth of the canyon, he called back and told me that someone was already at Brighton and they were able to pick up the skis for me! That was so awesome! Their ski tuning borders on dangerous and even after bringing them back to be re-tuned they were worse. Owners blamed it on a "new belt" and refused to refund the $84 after we had to bring them elsewhere. They only offered to redo the skis... Are you kidding me... For all you renters who rent skis - renters beware... It cost us 2 days of skiing and we brought the skis to two places who confirmed that it was a bad tuning job. When renting skiis you are putting your trust in them to set you up for what’s safe for you. That is taking consideration of the current conditions of the mountain. It don’t take much for quite the injury with their lack of consideration for your safety. It’s probably best if you rent from the resort.
