Honestly it’s fine. Their cookies aren’t great. They’re made off site, served cold and just not that great. When I came in to order today I had 2 vouchers for a 24 oz drink, pretzel bite or cookie. They would only allow one pretzel bite cup per car, which was disappointing because I wanted 2. The 24 oz wasn’t honored because they’ve ran out of that cup size. So they offered 16 oz.
When I asked if I could save the coupon for later the girl was very dismissive like they wouldn’t have those cups in a really long time. Like not helpful. Then the drinks i ordered were missing a key ingredient, a gummy shark; and wasn’t told that until I asked where they were when my drink was handed to me. So that’s lame. It was a very disappointing visit. Then when my change was handed to me, the girl could not figure out how to do it. My total 11.25. I handed her 20.25. She handed me $10 in a bill and began counting out change… I asked her just for another $1 and she was so confused. Like basic math here.
They’ve got the system of ordering and delivering their product done well. They’re great at that. But if they’re missing cup sizes and ingredients some sort of something should be explained. Maybe it was an off day, I hope it’s better for other people. But all in all a very...
Read moreThis is a new location, close to my home. We have never tried Swig before and honestly I don’t really understand the hype? $13 for 2 32oz drinks and a chocolate chip cookie. The first soda a Coke Zero “Just Peachy”: tastes like sour fake cough syrup in fact I’d rather drink NyQuil at least you will get a a nice buzz from that and won’t taste the awful aftertaste! Then we also got a mango Boba, word of advice if you have had boba from any of the hundreds of boba shops in SLC don’t drink Swig Boba it is a poor representation of a classic fun drink. For $1.99 I would have gone down the street for a crumble cookie as well. All in all for $13 bucks I’d buy a some juice at Whole Foods a can of Coke Zero and a Cookie at Crumble and had a better drink and experience than ever have to go back...
