I called them multiple times and it did nothing but ring they wouldn't answer. Then I went in hoping they'd have the tool I was looking for. I walked in a older woman as standing at the counter and I asked her what isle I could find that tool, she just looked at me as if she didn't know where anything was. Then a man walked up behind me talking on the phone, he paused and said "isle 4 and we are only taking purchases for 10 more minutes" then he continued with his phone conversation. Did I mention this was at 6:30? According to google they're open till 8, maybe they close at 7 or something but still, it was only 6:30. I found the tool I needed and went to the old lady at the register and she pulled out a notepad and started writing the item down. I said wait you can still accept credit cards right? She said "no" in the blahest way ever. I was slightly short on cash so I asked again if there's any way she can accept credit. Once again "no". No apology or anything. But when you install and item and in 24-72 hrs you see the item isn’t properly turning on as it should a refund should be allowed. Now in the same week we are going to Home Depot to spend at least double the price for a product we know will be honored replaced or returned if sold faulty in a timely manner. You just lost a long term customer to a more expensive competitor and of course will be sharing our experience. However the first cashier I asked told me they didn't have time to help me find everything on my list and I could tap on the item and it would tell me the aisle. The next failure was a dock worker who almost put the wrong tool cabinet on my truck, luckily I noticed. And the third strike was that he forgot to put the impact wrench into my truck which wasn't noticed til I unpacked the 1700.00 worth of items when I got home.
