Tito’s Mexican Grill - Coventry — Restaurant in Coventry Township

We eat here probably twice a month for the last seven or eight years. We have always loved the food. When it transitioned to a new owner or management a couple of years ago, we didn’t go back for several months after a bad experience, but once they got the kinks worked out, we returned. Tonight we called in an order for pick up. This included the Angel special quesadilla. Check out the description on their website. When my husband brought it home and I opened the takeout container, it was in a small taco sized flour tortilla. When we dine in, the quesadillas are in the larger burrito sized flour tortilla. I called in and spoke to a man that identified himself as the manager, but didn’t provide his name. He initially claimed several times that it was a miniature quesadilla. I responded that this information wasn’t included in the description on the website menu and I have had it several times when dining in, and it was never this small. He was adamant and went so far as to tell me that I was only charged $12 instead of $12.58 because it was a smaller quesadilla. (The price on the menu was $12.58.) He refused to acknowledge that there was any problem, and when it became obvious, I was upset. He asked me to return the food, and they would make a new one with the bigger size tortilla. We were not returning the food. After I hung up, i sat down to eat and found a 5 to 6 inch hair in the middle of the quesadilla. We will not be returning to this...

When we walked in there was a young man at the desk running a credit card receipt , he did not acknowledge us until i said hello . We observed almost every table in the front was dirty so he lead us to the back in a very big hurry dropped the menus and kept walking . The girl that waited on us was nice but i noticed never picked anything off the table that was dirty . I have been in the service industry for over 30 years . Never leave a table without something in your hands and your coworkers walking through the restaurant should help each other by carrying dirty plates and glasses back to the kitchen . The beef in the fajitas , parts of it were so tough and gristly i had to spit it out in a napkin . Whoever is in the kitchen prepping should not have put that in someones meal. It was all throughout our fajitas. We sat with a full table of dirty glasses and plates empty basket full of napkins . She dropped the bill on the table and never came back . We didnt realize we were to take it up ourselves not a big deal but she could ofbtold us that . Your bathroom was filthy , The hall way leading back to the bathroom the floor was wet and slippery . Take note that people are paying to eat there and can see inside your kitchen and dishroom . Just an overall disappointing experience . We will not be back . I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years along with all of my family in the area. Today I came in and there was a young server with curly hair who took our order. I ordered for myself and my little brother who is autistic. He brings out chips and salsa like normal for the tables around us and never brings us chips and salsa. And when he brings out the food all of my younger brothers food is wrong. And my food is ICE COLD. Like it had been sitting for quite awhile. I ask him to remake my brothers food and he tells me it’s my fault that it is wrong. So I go back to the kitchen and tell him to just cancel the order we are leaving. When I looked in the kitchen he was taking the same food and picking the things off of it with his hands!! And tells me next time I should let my autistic brother order for himself after telling me he asked about the chips and salsa which he did not. So he tried to blame me for why my food was wrong, and why we never got chips and salsa. And then started picking things off my brothers food over the trash can. This is the most terrible experience I’ve had at any restaurant. And they will no longer receive my weekly service nor any of my family or extended family who also all live in the area.
