Save A Lot — Local services in Coventry Township

I was just in tonight to grab a few things like I always do. I live close and go there often. I went to get country style ribs and this BBQ sauce that my Wife LOVES. I grabbed the ribs but couldn't find the sauce. I asked this shorter, older gentleman where the sauce was that was on the end cap by the meat section. He politely told me that it was in the back. I explained how my wife Loves it and he said come with me.(I hope not to get him in trouble for that) He took the time to go through 2 carts to help me find 3 bottles. I have never seen this gentleman in there before, but you definitely have a keeper there. I wish I would have gotten his name. I am a service Manager at a company and appreciated his help so much. He told me a quick story about what he did for his Wife in the 70's. You couldn't possibly pay this Man to be a better all around person. I hope he is there tomorrow. The stock is unreliable as of lately. They are switching too many product brands I've become comfortable with. Mostly however I shop here very rarely because they've switched the carts to the 25 cent deposit and removed all cart returns in the parking lot. I'm not walking my cart all the way back to the store in all elements, very inconvenient. And in addition, people that don't want to walk their cart, leave them in the parking lot, and with no cart return station, my car could easily be hit and it's brand new. No thank you Save a Lot. You did great for years and now you're treating your customers like thieves that all want to steal your carts smh. Keep your carts and your products. I'll...

I feel bad for the workers, every time I go in there is always a total of maybe 3 people in the entire time between stocking the shelf’s and cash register, I can go in for 1 item and It turns into a 20 minute journey waiting in line other than that I really have no complaints
