Subway — Restaurant in Coventry Township

This review is about the Subway on Manchester Rd/Coventry in the same plaza as Ace Hardware and next door to McDonald's...So I used to swear by this Subway...would bypass 4 others just to eat here. They had the nicest two young ladies that worked here for the longest, and the freshest bread. Stopped in today 2/27/25 at around 1155am...the one nice young lady was there and I was hoping she would make my sandwich. A man named James made it instead. My sandwich is pitiful looking...I got a turkey sub...spinach, pickles, onion and asked for extra black olives. I literally have 5 pieces of spinach on my sandwich, 2 pickles and he counted out literally 3 black olives as he dropped them on my sandwich. I said "sir I like extra black olives please, he added one more..I asked if I could pls have extra black olives? He added one more. I now have a total of 5 black olives on my sandwich. I asked if black olives are extra bc I would pay and he sd no they didn't cost extra. So for the 3rd time I asked if I could have extra black olives...he added one more for a total of 6...I stopped asking....my sandwich is flat as a pancake with little to no toppings...I paid and left..I asked for mayo on the side, he put 3 small dabs of mayo in a plastic container...I sure hope this isn't the new owner bc I won't be back if he is! This is the 1st time I noticed the place not bright and clean either. This was one of the cleanest places I had been in...today it was dim, poorly lit and I saw food all over the floor in the back area.. I sure would like a proper...

I purchased two sandwiches from this place when I got home One of the sandwiches was completely wrong. They wanted me to bring the sandwich back that night, which is 10 miles from my home. I told them I was not driving and wasting my gas again and was told they could do nothing. I spoke with an acting manager and was told someone would call me the next day. Never heard anything and stopped in the store on my way home from work the next day with my receipt and was told once again there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t bring the sandwich back. I didn’t ask for my money back. I just wanted the sandwich replaced and they refused. There is a haunted house around the corner from the store and I have been in there twice and they have let the people that work in the haunted house come in and take soda out of the coolers for free, And the girl working there told me they let people who work there come and get soda for free, but they wouldn’t replace a $6.99 sandwich for me. Terrible customer service will never go...

I wanted a kids meal with the meatball sandwich. Was told, "they dont have an option for that." So I asked if I could just get a meatball sandwich the size of a kid's. (Its 4in in case your wondering)And if so how much... They had to check. OK they could do it and it would be ~$3. and change. OK great. I asked how many meatballs... "3" they said. OK cool. At this point, I was getting other sandwiches as well, so i didn't really notice the meatball sandwich. When I completed my order and paid, it seemed high, so I got in my car and looked at the recept. They charged me for a FULL kids meal ANYWAYS ($5), except I didn't get the benefit of any drink or side. Also, when I opened the meatball wrapper, it was LESS THAN 3 inches long, and the kicker???
