My online order was incomplete when brought home. Called the restaurant to have the missing sandwich made. Was told that no such online order existed and that the food would not be made. The manager on duty ended with "my bad" and hung up on me. When I called back was told that no order existed and I would not get the food. I requested the owner's information and it was refused. Subsequently I threatened to have the local authority come down with me to have the order filled and was told to do what I want I was not getting the food. 2 Roman Burgers, 1 mushroom, 1 cheese stick. Just under 30 dollar's. Got my order no cheese stick. She thought I said cheese steak. Due to language berrier I didn't mind the language. Her son helped and was friendly She gave me cash back but, I told her before the cash I wanted my card credited. My bank card was so messed up I had to stay extra time to have her fix it. I contacted the health department. (My original review wouldn't post. ) The cook literally while wearing his gloves was on his phone in the dining area then when a friend of mine and I walked in he jumped up and went in the back by the grill.
