Non professional staff. I came here for my annual lab drawn. It was a very unpleasant and painful experience. First, I have to get into their website to make an appointment. It is usually a three week waiting time for vacancy. When I arrived in the front desk, a male staff told me to scan the QR code, then sit down and wait. I thought that I needed to show him my insurance card, but he didn't ask me to do so. I was there waiting patiently for 15 minutes and passed my appointment time for 15 minutes. No staff called my name and gave me more information, so I closed my eyes and wait. Remember, my ears can still hear. However, no body called my name for another 10 minutes, so I got up the chair and walked to the front desk and asked. The same male staff told me, he didn't call my name, since my eyes were closed! I didn't want to argue with him, since he was not rational and might think that I was not able to hear, since I closed my eyes. Finally, I went into got my blood drawn and it was 25 minutes passed the appointment time. When I was waiting during this 25 minutes, I saw a few staff were laughing and joking, then came in and out of the break room, but they didn't even bother to call my name even once. My husband and I recently went to the Covina location on a Saturday for our annual physical bloodwork. We attempted to schedule an appointment but there was no availability throughout the inland empire area for over 2 weeks so we had to do a walk-in appointment. On Saturdays this location opens at 8am. We arrived at 7:40am and there was already a long line outside. They are very organized and have a worker who lets so many people in at a time to register and wait your turn for blood work. The location is located in the Optum building technically in the lower level basement, however they have made it somewhat pleasant. Customer service was decent and total wait time starting at 8am when they open was 1.5 hours without an appointment, we were out by 9:33am.The place looks somewhat clean. They unfortunately do not answer their phone or return calls at this location. I would recommend this place if you have to go right away without an appointment...

First off, Carla drew my blood and she was excellent. It was Heidi who made my impressions of this place negative. She was rude and full of air of “I’m in charge . “ The patients are at her mercy from the moment they walk in. She doesn’t greet you, she won’t acknowledge your automated check in, doesn’t answer questions, and she insisted calling me by my middle name. I said my first name three times and asked her to call me by that. Then she called me by my last name. ??? Is it because I am an Asian and my middle name is an Asian name? Then she sends me to a room still has a patient. I come out on my own to wait some more. Then as I was waiting after the patient for a nurse, Heidi comes in telling me to move to another room grabbing my hand bag. All this is done with absolutely no care regards to me. I am not a sack of potatoes. Or maybe, to her, I am. She seemed to be kind when she was talking to Hispanic patients. She...
