The is probably one of my all-time faves in this area. Nothing can compare to the service and quality of the drinks served here. Time-and-time again, I always leave in awe of their delicious milk-teas. They also have a nice selection of drinks, ranging from their famous cereal shakes to smoothies, slushies, teas, and milk teas.

Lets start with the location. Boba Tea Lounge can be a bit hard to find on Citrus, as it sits tucked away in the side of the plaza. The BTL sign is nice a flashy so it should help with finding it. Parking lot is vast but can get a bit busy at times because of the market next-door and the Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing but I have never had a problem finding parking.

Walking in, I almost always feel at home. The aroma of tea and good customer service just instantly is blasted into your face. I can admit that their menu can be a bit overwhelming just because of the vast selection of drink choices and snacks but once you can navigate it with the help of an associate, it should be a breeze. Coming here, I always just get the regular Milk Tea because oh how nice and simple, but unique it is. Their boba is also almost always to my liking.

Boba Tea Lounge in Covina has become my absolute go-to place whenever I’m craving something tasty and satisfying. Their popcorn chicken is hands down some of the best I’ve had — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right with a perfect blend of spice and flavor. It’s always made fresh, never greasy, and pairs perfectly with any of their drinks.

Speaking of drinks, their Fruity Pebbles shake is my all-time favorite. It’s sweet, creamy, and packed with that nostalgic cereal flavor that hits just right every time. It’s a fun twist on a classic shake and something I always look forward to ordering.

And let’s not forget the spam musubis — a hidden gem on the menu! They’re made with care, not overly salty, and have the perfect ratio of rice to spam. Warm, filling, and incredibly satisfying, they make a great snack or light meal.

The shop itself has a fun, clean, and welcoming vibe. The staff is always friendly and fast, and the service is consistently reliable whether I’m dining in or grabbing takeout. It’s clear they care about quality and customer experience.

This is the second time I've tried. And mostly because of my daughter. I didn't like it the first time. just overly sweet, and not much flavor other than sugar! This time, I ordered my drink half sweetened, and it's just tasted plain watered down. It even looked very pale. I went to exchange, and the person at the counter said, "That's how the half sweetened is." That they could remake it, but it would taste the same. Uh, nope...I have ordered from other places, always half sweet, and the tea flavor has never tasted like here(watered down!). I gave a try to both daughter and my husband so they'll give me their deedback as well. They agreed, it's tasted like water and to ask for another.
