DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! In mid-March, I took my IPhone 7 in for a cracked screen. The manager suggested I should upgrade the battery also since it was less than 90% of a new battery capacity. (Mine was at 87% of new battery capacity.) When I returned a few hours later, a different color screen border was placed on my phone without asking me. Additionally, when I plugged the phone in to charge the battery, it would NOT accept a charge at all. My IPhone NEVER experienced any problems charging at all. The technician admitted to making an error when he replaced the battery, but believed he could fix the problem. He replaced the charging port, but the phone charged erratically. The second attempt at charging resulted in no ability to charge at all. Once again, I returned the phone for repair, and was assured it would be fixed and they would call when it was repaired. After 9 days and no calls nor responses to messages left on their on-line site, I went in for a status check. The technician said he’d been too busy to call, but the phone could not be repaired. He offered to exchange my IPhone 7 for the same model, or better. I agreed as long as the replacement phone had similar memory to the one I had (128 GB). He said he would call when one was available. After 4 days without receiving a call, once again I dropped by to check on the status. He had found an IPhone 8, but it needed a part that was on order. The technician showed me the phone and I noted that it’s battery showed 86% of new battery capacity. I reminded him that I had already taken the manager’s advice and upgraded the battery in my old phone when it was at 87% capacity. He agreed to put a new battery in the replacement phone. After another 4 days and no call, I checked on the status. When I picked up the phone, the battery had NOT been replaced. The technician stated he had forgotten, but he would replace it in a matter of minutes. After a lengthy wait, he and the manager concluded that the battery did not need replacing. When I questioned the advice I was originally given to replace my battery at 87%, and the replacement phone was at 86%, he simply reiterated their decision that the battery did not need replacing. So…a simple screen repair and suggested battery replacement resulted in a different color screen border and a phone that would no longer accept a charge! Although they provided a later model IPhone, it had half the memory and a worse battery than the one they suggested I replace. Additionally, although they advertise operating hours, you better call and make sure someone is there before visiting. I have yet to see anyone there at 10:20, even though they say they open at 10am. One of my visits occurred at 3:30pm and it was not open then either. I return again last week to get a new battery and a back replacement. Having service ofc before I walked in cause I stood in front of this guy and texted my sister letting her know I’ll be without a phone and that they will notify her when my phone is ready, as he watched me do this. So I go to pick up my phone and I get back to the house and noticed I have zero service. I called my carrier and was on the phone with them as they were trynna help me figure out why we had no service. We get to the SIM card tray and open it up and it has the wrong SIM card in my phone. I deal with straight talk, wasn’t a ST SIM card. I than hurry back before 7pm( that’s what there website says they close) get there at 6pm… Closed! I return first thing in the morning to get this worked out and he simply denied having removed my SIM card. Didn’t offer to look, help, nothing, just said “ well I didn’t touch ur SIM card” I walked in and asked him if somehow maybe he replaced mine with another customers, cause he didn’t tell me he was working on 2 other phone repairs at the same time and that he was busy when I walked in for my service.. simply denied it and went into defensive mode. So I walk in wanting my new battery and back replacement and was charged 200$ for a phone I can no longer use. I have no problems with the older gentleman, he has always been great to me and has done great job on my phones and others I’ve referred him too. Last Saturday I delt with a younger fellow that looks like he struggles to keep his face clean. Oh and btw, my phone doesn’t even charge btw, it also did before I walked n as well. And he was also rude when I asked him why he closed early on Saturday, he said he didn’t, closes at 5 not 7.. but I’m just going off there website which says they close at 7. I’m still very upset that I lost out on 200 dollars and got NO HELP at all with trying to figure out why I had no service and wrong SIM card in my phone after I picked up my phone, he made me feel very upset and basically calling me a liar. Read moreBad experience. I have a iPhone 15pro max. Took it up there to replace a cracked screen and got my phone back with a really crappy after market screen (didn’t get the option to receive a Apple screen or aftermarket), took it back and paid extra (hundreds of dollars extra) to get the Apple product in which is was promised 3 days and it ended up taking nearly a week and a half. The guy said he would put a screen protector on for free because of the wait which he did. The screen protector 100% failed because he put the craziest one on in which he stated just now on the phone. My phone fell MAYBE 2ft from my hand to a PLASTIC baby boat toy which I have pictured and this guy isn’t trying to help at all but yet we have a warranty. He should 100% replace this screen with another Apple screen!!! But nope he could care less. Do not recommend this place at all!
EDIT TO ADD: The repair is under my husbands name initials CF and he has already reached out and they advised they would do nothing. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE! You shouldn’t have to ask for an Apple product to be put on a device when that’s what they take off...
