Simply the worst customer experience. I travel further to go to their location on 278. Every time I go to this Taco Bell they constantly get everything wrong and they are very rude. Every time I go to to Taco Bell I get a Chicken quesadilla and this location insists on putting chipotle sauce instead of the creamy jalapeno sauce that is supposed to be on it. Today I went to this Taco Bell and asked for an Enchirito. I realize this item has been off the menu for many years, but I've never had a problem getting the staff to make me one being that it is simply a bean, beef, and cheese burrito with red sauce poured over it. The lady that took my order refused to make it. I could understand this if she didn't know how simple it was to accommodate the simple request of putting red sauce on a burrito, but after I explained to this to her, she said "HAHA no." in the most sarcastic tone. I felt very unappreciated as a customer and will no longer be using this location. I feel that the best element of Taco Bell is their ability to customize your order to your liking. I would be curious as to how this location accommodates their vegan customers when they REFUSE such a simple request. Read moreOnce again I am complaining about this location with the poor service I’ve received. Place my order online for pick up at drive thru. Get to window. Am told by Niya that all deliveries are picked up inside. Tell her that my order was placed for drive thru. Told again well you still have to come inside and I tell her no I paid for drive thru. Window gets closed in my face. Next I get asked to pull backwards to cut down on line time (while there is a car behind me) so I say no to that too. My order comes out 3 seconds later. I open my bag to check my order, Andrea tells me there’s someone behind me and I say I’m just checking because every time I come here something is wrong, she says that’s not my problem it’s the kitchen's and shuts the window in my face AGAIN!! So I didn’t even get to finish checking my order. Go inside and complain to manager, Joshua. Leave. Wouldn’t you know it, NO CHALUPA IN THE BAG!! This location needs either a new manager or a new night crew because this is a cluster of a team that has zero respect for people and takes zero accountability for their actions. Read moreThe worst ever. Let’s see I walk in only not to be greeted what so ever. I place my food order and wait for my food. While I am waiting the employees are playing with the manger throwing things at each other and cussing. Then I get my food only to set the food down on the table to see that there is not one clean table in the place. So I had to wipe the table off. Then go to the rest room that looks like a homeless man has done bathed in there for years to find that there is no soap what so ever. Um so how are the employees washing their hands. I should have left. Set down to a 25.00 dollar order only to find the food is cold has been thrown together, sloppily. The Chalupa‘s were harder than rocks, like they had been there all day. Soon as I got home, I faced the dreaded food poisoning, headache, and throwing up so I’m quite sure your food is not kept at temperatures. I did, however, complain with health department about the conditions at this Taco Bell.
