Latonia Centre — Local services in Covington

All the stores at the Latonia Shopping Centre are descent except for The Dollar Tree there and its not the company it's self because I usually love the Dollar Tree but its a couple of the employees there. I know of at least 2 employees there that are awful!!! They treat the customers horrible. The one employee, I think is a manager now, which i can not believe because I have heard SO MANY people complain about this same employee. Not to mention I've heard so many people say they have called the corporate office with complaints about this same employee then they make them a manager?!?! She is so rude and unpleasant. I have literally seen this person follow people around the whole store harassing them the entire time they were there. The other employee I guess was trained by the other employee, I've seen her walk by customers and go out of her way being very obvious to look in customers purses, I'm assuming the employee thinks they might be stealing. Which if thats the case then they must think everyone that walks in there is stealing because I've personally seen these 2 employees do it to almost every customer that was in the store. I even seen a few customers get so annoyed & offended that they left without buying⁷ anything, leaving their carts with the items they were going to purchase in the middle...

I was at u-scan and an obnoxious cashier who apparently thinks she is just all that and 'Krogers' bag of chips as well came up on me and reached around me 'hugging' and canceled my order in mid payment because I had gotten cash back 2 times before that. I was shopping for 6 different people and they wanted me to pick up x amount of $ when paying for their items. It was random and by the end of the orders all together I would not have totalled $100.00. I have been coming to Krogers for 30(t) years now two times a month with co-workers paychecks to pick up lunch and I have never been treated this horrible except by the same cashier. She holds a grudge because I reported her one night when they closed at midnight she was blocking the door at 11:30 and wouldnt let me go in to get baby milk and she knows who I am because I had asked her name and she told me, but for the life of me I cant remember it. It was not morally right nothing else was open. I had to get my mother to call a friend of hers to open up their store because I didn't know how to get baby food @ that time it was 1:30 before I got home after working 2 10 hour shifts that day....
