Cranbury Comfort Systems — Local services in Cranbury Township

Have been using Cranbury Comfort for quite a few years now. I never really thought about a service contract but once I saw how inexpensive it was, I opted for the twice a year service. Over time I got to know the staff and felt more comfortable with their work. My 27 year old HVAC was still working but totally inefficient and really needed an upgrade so they came out and put in new heating and cooling system which is night and day over what I had. I had one small issue with the outdoor unit and that was quickly resolved under warranty.

I noticed that my air circulcation wasnt as good as I thought it should be and noticing how the ducts were installed back in the 70's, I could see why. Ginger quoted me the work to have the duct joints screwed together tight and sealed all around. New hangers were put up to support the sagging ducts and a new return was put in to pull more in from the 2nd floor. That return had no air pull whatsoever. Now, everything is as it should have been 50 years ago.

Dave and Rob did an outstanding job working together to get it all done in one day. Quality work, all cleaned up and great people to watch and learn as well as have a nice conversation rather than some who dont ever say a word to you...

My elderly mother's heater went out on a recent cold Sunday evening in February - house temp went down to 53 degrees. I called and left word with the weekend answering service describing the urgency of the matter. Clearly the answering service followed through with conveying the message because the following morning I received a call from the office stating that a technician would be out within the next 2 hours. He promptly repaired the problem and mom was toasty warm once again. Cranbury Comfort has been our go to for all our HVAC problems over the years. They have always been accommodating, honest, and prompt in their response and service. I am always able to speak to an actual person from the office itself, not from across the ocean! How novel and refreshing these days!! Ginger, who has been there for years, is a pleasure to deal with. She treats you with care and goes out of her way to explain things and schedule your service in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Cranbury Comfort...from a satisfied local...

We had an air conditioner at a family member's home in Cranbury that needed to be replaced urgently. After a bad experience with the office staff at a larger company in the area, I decided to try Cranbury Comfort. This was a purchase and installation I had to manage from far away. Ginger at the office was great and very professional in explaining our options from testing and recharging the system with a probable failure, to installing a new one. Since she took the time to help, I felt good about this company from the start.

We are in the height of air conditioning season, and yet the owner Larry House, coordinated with the person checking the house to bid the job on a Friday. We interacted efficiently by email and phone. He made a time slot on that Saturday, and had the installation done.
