The worst experience of my life ordering flowers. Ordered from 1800 Flowers who contracted out to this company. They made a mistake with the order, called the recipient threatening them, demanding money back (although the dispute is between the flower company and 1800 Flowers who contracted with them). They asked to pickup the wrong flowers (1 day later)-advised that the flowers are at a cemetery, they advised to pick up the flowers and return it to them. Berating the recipient who mind you didn’t even order the flowers-received the flowers for condolences purposes. And asked to pay their credit card company for the refund and was yelling on the phone and super unprofessional. Complaint was filed with 1800 flowers and police report was initiated due to the harassment and threat to come to the house. Worst Small Business flower shop. Do better and be better especially during a hard time. Welcome to...

The worst flourists in New Jersey. Ignore the photos. This is NOT what you will get if ordering online. Anyone who tells you any different are either friend or family. Ordered flowers for my mother's funeral via 1800flowers. This place made the arrangement. I was already a mess due to my mother passing, but when I arrived at the church and saw the almost $300 arrangement I paid to have there for my mother, I was just angry and disappointed!
