Centennial Avenue Pool — Local services in Cranford

I work during the day and go to the outdoor pool in the evening to swim laps. There are three lap lanes and I usually have one to myself. I like having separate pools for babies, young children, older children/adults, and a diving pool. The baby pool is fenced in. The indoor pool and town fitness center are also located on the property.

The chairs are comfortable. There are plenty of tables. There is also a lawn for playing ball and frisbee as well as a volleyball court and playground. The trees on the lawn provide needed shade. There is also a pavilion for parties. There are two parking lots that accommodate both the pool and the school athletic facilities such as the baseball field. The snack bar is so so but I usually bring my own food.

For families, they hold a movie night and float night.

I think the membership is money well spent as long...

The teenagers who work there an incredibly unprofessional. I stepped on a wasp there last summer (ow!) an had to get first aid. First they asked me I I was allergic to wasps, I said no, and the girl responded with "good because were out of epi-pens." They took my vitals while talking about high school gossip and then had to ask three time for some ice to put on the swelling. (i did a first aid/cpr class and i know what to do for a single un allergic bee-sting) Then I asked if someone could get my bag bc it had my glasses in it because I was getting a headache from not wearing them. Nobody went for it, thank god my friend came to check up on me and got me my bag and glasses. I took an Advil I had in my purse then went home to get the stinger out myself. I worry about what would have happened if I had a serious...

Refreshing looking place , but the anual membership fee is Ridiculous! Way,way,waaaaaay over priced!. I would understand if it was valid for 3 years seriously.. Summer isn't even that long andv who wants to freeze there tush off swimming in winter , I'm not trying out to be a olimpian? I mean to get your money worth you'd have to go everyday literally. ...
