My first experience with this company was great, but after my last experience I'll never choose them again. I ordered $174 worth of items. $53 worth of items was missing from the shipment with no explanation. I reached out to their customer service requesting tracking for the remainder of the order. Without explanation they told me they were adding $53 in credit to my account with their website. I had to contact them again to ask if I would still be getting the free shipping when I reordered the items since my original order was large enough to qualify. They essentially told me no, that when reordering the missing items I would have to pay shipping unless I added even more to the order to requalify. Why would I lose my free shipping offer on account of their error? I contacted them AGAIN to ask why they wouldn't just ship me the missing items from my order. They told me the missing items were out of stock. So basically they made an inventory mistake, and instead of notifying me and giving me a refund, they just didn't include the items and what, hoped I wouldn't notice? Read moreI had two $50 Virtual Visa cards that I wanted to spend here, but it was too much trouble for them. Their system would not allow me to do so. I called, but there was no way they could accommodate me. Note that they accepted the cards, sure, but the order I wanted to place was $60 and because of their "system" I could not use ANY of my cards as you can only use one card per purchase and sadly, I did not have enough money on one card. I explained on the phone that I had 2 cards worth $100, but unfortunately their system just would not take the order. This is company clearly hidebound by their inconvenient system. They did not want to sell me the beans. They did make it convenient or easy. They made it difficult and despite the cutesy-pie A-OK marketing message on the phone recording, the customer service here is LOUSY. It's bad! BAD! Avoid this place. Read moreI'm very glad that I came across Nuts.com because all of the peanuts and peanut butters sold at local grocery stores from popular brands are Roasted and I cannot eat roasted foods due to inflammation from allergic reactions I developed. So I was very happy to find Organic, Raw, & Unsalted Peanuts at Nuts.com and RAW means they are unroasted. They will need a bit of flavoring because they're plain but a little spray bottle of Water mixed with Sea-Salt does the trick for me. They also have a very speedy delivery at a very low price. I'm super happy that I can now enjoy eating all natural peanuts delivered to my door as my in between meal snack without worrying about allergic reactions. Keep in mind that the company ships out different colors of the bags with nuts so you will need to read the label to know which are the nuts that are inside any specific bag.
