Well I wouldn't give them one star but I have to give something on here. If you can't tell with the pictures, what I ordered was silver and in the picture shows the design..I was sent this. Why would I be sent a returned item? As if someone wants me to just have anything? It is perplexing to me the way a company feels that they can just send anything, yet you never ordered that. Don't let me get started with that terrible, miserable, poor customer service.
Was told by Shawn that I was attacking Joseph by bringing up what I was told when I spoke with him on Tuesday, but because I was responding to a question asked by a family member, I was told by Shawn you cannot do that and do not do things like that, and that I am attacking someone when I was only answering a question and the other person was not talking to Shawn or Joseph when I was talking to them. Who are you to tell me not to talk to my family member and I can't do that when talking to a family member. I don't know how you operate with your family Shawn, but mine matters and they will not be disrespected as I will not either. Then when I called back, I asked Joseph and he said I wasn't attacking him, so confused there. Shawn just likes a little drama, so he made up that storyline I see. I don't know if he is missing out on his shows while at work, but don't create false drama with me and your employee just to get some entertainment.
Very nasty attitude. I will be sending this experience in, to a team well equipped to handle this, as this is absurd. I asked for a return address and was talked over and treated like a child instead of being respected. Then, to top it off, Shawn hung up on me as I told him how this experience has been for me, but that's cool because I got all I needed from that convo Shawn. Gotta do better.
Shawn, who claims to be over everything is very rude and inconsiderate. He has bipolar tendencies and is not able to give actual customer service. One minute on Tuesday you are all willing to assist then today, you take your anger out on me. No sir, but you tried it though. They advertise they are selling something they are not then they say the item you ordered is not what you got but they send anything that looks similar. They leave the phone and place you on hold for over 10 minutes, most of the time just to hang up after having you hold, and never respond promptly to voicemails and calls. Never was informed what I had ordered was no longer in stock as they advertised it like they had it online and it allowed me to order it.
TERRIBLE business. I will never do business here again and they lost out on a big family of business. I know three year old toddlers doing better business at their lemonade stands than any of them can conduct at this company. How are you a church based company, acting like this? A shame.
Poor things don't know the hole they are digging the company acting like this. They may have to do a name change again, but that's a story for a different day, isn't it?
As of 03/04/2025, I see Shawn has submitted false information about us calling and yelling multiple days when only 1 person spoke with him and he started all of the yelling, so let's be correct. Such a shame to claim you are a business of the Church and to lie like that when we have the recordings of that yelling you started as we were respectful and talking to you. Do better! You are only hurting yourself lying saying multiple people yelled at you all for multiple days and saying there was a white color when I have all the emails showing it was this silver color as that is the only color listed under that item and the item sent was a completely different color and style. Stop while you are ahead. Very comical that you thought that in this day in age you can make up what was done and what was ordered when it clearly shows what we ordered and the convos never went down like that. I hope you take the time to do some real soul searching. I will pray for you all and I hope you can do some prayer yourself....

I purchased a dress at the end of September which I needed by a certain day (3 weeks) - in fact several of us from church purchased the same dress. I kept reviewing the status because after a week it never moved to shipped status, only processed. I called and was informed the dress was "out of stock" and they had no idea when it would come in. I asked why wasn't I told this when it was ordered (maybe on the website, an email, a call, something) I was told "we don't do business like that"....seriously??? I asked what would happen if I cancelled my order, I was told "you would get a full refund". The ladies at the church really wanted the dress but it was not a chance we were willing to take, not having the dress in time. I called back 2 days later and cancelled the order. I was informed I would get my refund within 3-5 days. However; what I did receive was an email stating my order had shipped???? After calling several times, I finally got someone who transferred me to the most rudest person I have ever spoken to. This man was yelling at me as if I was a child, when I asked him why he was yelling at me he said he was protecting his family owned business. I told him it was no reason for him to be rude because I am not being rude to him. At the same time of him being rude, he was trying to convince me to keep the dress because it had already shipped. He specifically said, just refuse the delivery and the dress will come back and we will refund you. So, I did exactly that. After a few days I called back because I was confirming they received the dress back and I wanted my refund.... another rude person I spoke to started telling me I didn't cancel on time, only when the dress had shipped, and I would be charged a "restocking fee". When I told him I would go to my bank and dispute the charge he said, "that's OK and we will take you to court for the restocking fee", what????? but at the same time trying to get me to agree for them to reship the dress to me and I keep it????? I told them I would never do business with them again and I was going to inform the person at my church who was in charge of uniforms to NEVER order from them again.
I have never been disrespected like this by a business before. The man even had the audacity to drop names, he said "TD Jakes orders his suits from us and we never have any issues because our quality is the best", My response was "your quality may be but your customer service isn't" and then I hung up the phone.
BUYERS - there are other businesses who are willing to accept our hard earned money and give us the respect we deserve as customers doing business with them - this is not one of them. Don't be scammed by them - save your money and time - find another business...
Read moreMy husband ordered a size 8 in this beautiful dress for my birthday. I was so excited to receive this dress only to discover that the tag said 8 but the label inside the dress @ the color said 10. I contact the store to inform them that I was sending it back due to their error and was told that they did have an 8. I did a tracking receipt and found out the dress was delivered on Mon. 10/2/23 but when I called I was told it may be in their warehouse to call back. Well, I called back in a couple of days and was informed the dress would be would be mailed out on Fri. 10/13 or Mon. 10/9. Well, today 10/10 I received a text message from Shawn saying he was calling me stating he was unable to ship the dress I ordered and wanted to see if I wanted a replacement. I didn't want a replacement so I called and spoke to the rudest dude in a store ever. He refused to give his name but told me I could talk to Shawn the manager whom I had called and left a message earlier. I decided to text him to share my disappointment in how they're conducting business because 1) I should've received the correct size from the beginning 2) had I known they didn't have the correct size, I would've kept the dress and had alterations 3) I called several times and was informed the dress would be resent and today a text saying otherwise 4) as a courtesy to their mess up I should've been called 5) I also informed him that maybe they want to consider another business if they're treating their customers as only a commodity without compassion or service to those who are supporting their business. Well, this dude call me back like a pit bull ready to attack and yelled & talked all over me like I was his child & said, “who did I think I was to tell him he shouldn't be in business”. When I finally got a word in I told him I was a woman and a customer THAT DID NOTHING WRONG and he should talk to men like this. I'M PRAYING WE GET OUR REFUND BACK W/O CONTACTING OUR LAWYER BECAUSE THESE ARE NOT NORMAL BUSINESS PEOPLE...THESE ARE SOME HOOD TYPE OF GUYS. TRUST THE REVIEWS BECAUSE I DIDN'T & I COULDN'T MAKE THIS UP IF I TRIED. I know I have to forgive him/them bcuz I realize they don’t know that you shouldn’t mistreat customers bcuz you never know who you’re dealing with.
My response to his reply: I see the dude response & he’s lying bcuz I never threatened anyone but what I told him after he called me yelling bcuz I sent a text was he shouldn’t be talking to a woman or any customer the way he was. Initially, I wasn’t offered another item at a higher price bcuz my return was supposed to be on the way, it wasn’t until yesterday 10/10 that I was offered a higher item.
