Current update with yet another issue. This place likes to pass the buck. I came in and got a screen protector for my new phone, which the guy installed. He was having issues in one area. Since then ive noticed a bubble that wont go away, either a stretch or a rip. He also didnt give me the positioning tray, cloth or squeegee that comes with it, i only noticed that after going home and reading the "contents of package". Now theyre saying that "sonetimes those items dont cone with it"... then it would be listed, amd for $60... it better damn well be! The damage... yeah, send it in for the life time replacement. Why? YOU damaged it, not me or the company, YOU should deal with it!
I'm finding this location to be less and less useful and more and more lazy. I come in, and they're always saying call 611. I ask about 1st responder ID qualifications, and she blows it off. Sorry bunch of useless people

Read moreI had gone to a different AT&T store earlier on the same day. I switched carriers over a month ago to AT&T and their customer service still had not succeeded in getting my existing service transferred. At this point I am committed to canceling service if I still can't get my phone functional on this day, so I go online and look up the location of the next closest store, which I find is about an hour away in a larger rural city,Crawfordsville. And in less than a half hour a knowledgeable friendly AT&T store employee had my phone fixed and soon I returned home now a...
Read moreI am disgusted with at&t now because I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years back to the Cingular wireless days. I have always paid my bill and have never given at&t any reason to dislike me. I have been using a phone that has been receiving 4g signals properly and worked fine until I deactivated the phone to allow a free phone (that at&t sent) to be activated. I mistakenly thought the new phone was 5g. It wasn't, so I wanted to reactivate my old phone. NOW MY OLD PHONE WILL ONLY WORK FOR A FEW MINUTES!!!! Even though it is displaying 4g on the display, at&t says that the IMEI number isn't in their database, so I must be a 3g phone so the SIM card gets suspended and won't work. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WORKING FINE LAST WEEK! This tells me that at&t wants me to buy a NEW phone from them. This will not happen. If I don't somehow get satisfaction, I will likely be telling at&t GOODBYE!!! ...
