It is condescending, demeaning and trivializing to call anyone Dear, Hun, Honey, Sweetheart, Baby, Darling, etc outside of a close relationship or friendship. Also, “when a representative use words like “Honey”, “Babe”, “Dear”, “Darling”, “Sweetheart” can tip the scales of power uncomfortably and inappropriately off-kilter. In all reality, using these terms to anyone you are not well-acquainted with can come across as sexist, ageist or downright offensive.”
So stop treating the elderly like 2 year olds by calling them these terms of endearment and start respecting them. If you can’t address them by their names then don’t address them at all. Just take their orders.
On 10/3/2023 I decided to give the Breakfast Company another chance even though I was burnt three times. But it came through with flying colors because the food I got today was the best I ever tasted and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. The service was great too though I think it was inappropriate for the waitresses to call its customers, sweetheart, hun and darling.
Anyhow I had corn beef hash and 2 eggs over easy. The coffee was perfect too, so the Breakfast Company sure didn't disappoint today. I will definitely come back for that. So it was skyrockets in flight for me.
Oh Yes, everything in the restaurant was very clean. Keep up the good work everyone.
"Best Breakfast We believe in giving you the very best in quailty and service when you dine with us. We serve all natural, hormone free, antibiotic free Chicken"
You misspelled "quality" on your website because I only copied and pasted in quotes.
But yet you serve sausage gravy and cream dried beef gravy out of cans. Even the biscuits wasn't fit to eat. Try making these gravies out of fresh ingredients also. Any gravy that is left over from the day before can be stored in cooler and finished serving the next morning. As long as it is properly refrigerator and warmed properly the next morning, your customers won't even be able to tell the difference.
I was burnt 3 times in your place, but I would never set foot in your...

Where do I begin? I was genuinely excited to have breakfast at The Breakfast Company with my husband. However, when I looked over the menu, nothing really called out to me. Since it was 11:30, I figured I’d go with a lunch option and ordered the chicken salad croissant with French fries. My husband went the traditional route and got the country fried steak with pancakes, eggs, and hash browns.
He thoroughly enjoyed his meal—said the eggs were cooked perfectly and everything tasted great. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. After one bite of the croissant, I had to spit it out. The chicken was tough, like it had been sitting for too long, and the salad was completely flavorless. The saving grace of that plate? The French fries—they were crispy and well-seasoned.
Now, here’s the bright spot: Katie, our waitress, was absolutely lovely. She was attentive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. She took the inedible croissant off the bill without hesitation and let me order something else instead.
I went with the crepe combo—strawberry and Nutella crêpes, scrambled eggs, and bacon (which I passed to my husband since I don’t eat pork). The eggs were fluffy and delicious, but the crêpes were a letdown. As someone French, I might be picky, but they were undercooked and had an unpleasant old oil taste. I couldn't take more than a bite.
When Katie came back to check on us, I felt bad having to voice my disappointment again. But really, how can things improve if no one speaks up?
Despite the rocky meal, I do plan to come back and give it another try. Everyone deserves a second chance, and the service here—especially thanks to Katie—was truly exceptional. Plus, my husband left happy and full, so that’s reason...
Read moreThe food is excellent! I have enjoyed the Ruben Sandwich with chip on my 1st visit, sevice though was questionable. Went today around 11:30 with my Hubby. Was seated quickly, and given a Lunch Menu! Took quite a while for our waiter to take our order. My husband's cup of coffee was filled only 3/4 full as well as my cup of hot water with NO small Pot of water that should of come with the waiter. Our order was NOT brought out by our waiter, one of my pet peeves. The toast my husband's order did not come. The waiter comes to us and states my husband's order didn't come with toast. I pointed out that he specifically order it. He received it quickly. I placed my empty cup at the end of the table, signalling I need more. At which time I witness my waiter pick up a tip from another table without helping to clear it. Also as I am getting my coat on a young lady comes over and wants to clear the table. I say "No" wait till I leave. She goes right ahead and reaches for my plate, a which time I say "I asked to wait till I leave". "I will not be back." We will not be coming back, had two bad experiences with bad service. If we do come back we will sit at the counter maybe we will get...
