Let me start by saying that the quality of the furniture is good. This low review has everything to do with experience and not merchandise. Firstly our original matress we looked at was taking over a month to come in, but that is a supplier issue not store issue, however we first looked on a Saturday because that's when we had the time and although our experience with the sales person was good the lack of knowledge in ordering process would prove to be problematic. When we realize our matress is not going to get there we revisit the store and talk with person who seemed to really want to help. We said we did not want original matress but looked at 2 others and wanted to see when the lesser would be in. I called the store on the day I was guaranteed an answer to find the person whom I spoke with was not there so a message was relayed to me that a matress would be there Wednesday. I found my original sales slip for the month long hold matress only to realize that it was the matress we said we did not want. I called the store and asked if I could talk with the original person who was there but doing other stuff. Since this was a Saturday and the day the orders are put in I asked if we could talk with them to find out what was going on. We got there and the person would not come down to talk with us we had to use a go between to communicate and ended up having to get a matress more than double the price of other. Now on to financing. We went with the finance company they use. I signed up as instructed and had complete silence about it all. No info on costs for finance or how set up, nothing until the merchandise is delivered (all sales final BTW) then get a text saying thank you for your purchase, we will be deducting $95 a week for a year. With no way to change or go elsewhere. I would seriously consider going elsewhere if you want to feel like a consumer after you leave the building. I really hate leaving bad reviews but I do not want someone getting burned...

While I understand that everyone is human and we all make mistakes, blaming the customer is 100% NOT OKAY!! There was nothing said about any surprises. It clearly states that it was paid for in full the day of purchase. Blaming the customer is rude and ignorant on your part. It's unbelievable that you don't have any respect for your customers. Not even attempting to make it right, instead you are blaming the customer and asked them to pay more, even though it was all on the ticket but you did not add it up correctly. Even when you were asked several times if everything was good, and no more money is owed or will be owed once they leave the store. The staff was very friendly and compassionate about making sure that I got what I wanted, without pressuring me.
