First time dealing with Red Star today. Called about an item on the website. Mike answered the phone. Got me the info I was looking for. Paid for my two Yugo M70s. Red Star confirmed the pistols were out the door to FFL today. The whole process including calling, AMAZING customer service, ordering on the website, updating FFL information and getting confirmation of shipping took about 20 minutes. Wish I had this experience at all the other dealers I have bought from in the past. Red Star Surplus will be the first place I go from now on. Thanks a...

Excellent customer service and best prices available on firearms online. They are quick to respond with any questions and are happy to give advice on any customization of firearms. The online site is extremely easy to maneuver and the process of shipping firearms to a ffl dealer in a different state is as simplified as possible! Wish you guys were in Pennsylvania. You would deffinatly be a top tier gunstore as far as priceing and inventory/stocking...
