Crestview Marketplace — Local services in Crestview

Nice little shopping plaza with a Walk-In Clinic, Winn Dixie, Beach Liquors, Pounders Grill, Pappa Johns Pizza, Polar Bear Ice Cream, Verizon, and more. (these are the places I frequent, and enjoy! all have great staff, service, and offerings. There are more businesses in the plaza, but, I've either never visited them or just flat out aren't coming to my old brain atm.)

Nice parking lot with ample space.

The only thing, and I feel bad for every business in the plaza, is the stupid cement median that was installed when the new Circle K/Burger King and whatever else was put in across from the Marketplace. (I feel bad for those businesses, too.) The median makes it challenging to get to all the businesses involved, and, there have been several chaotic and kinda deadly instances at the main intersection with traffic light failures/malfunctions/general wtf? during and since these changes; creating ease of accessibility challenges for the Marketplace and Circle K and the new businesses, because of the genius (sarcasm) design with that dumb median, and the crap shoot of a solid green turn arrow, if making a left across traffic.

It's a shame, because Crestview Marketplace has a lot to offer, if you can get there in one piece when the traffic lights are working. (Same for Circle K plaza, or whatever it's called... I don't know.) Otherwise, if either required a left --- it's safer to continue down Ferdon and make a u-turn. Less chance of getting T-boned, and only adds a couple of minutes and an acceptable amount of annoyance... That aside, if you wish to visit both shopping areas, you're still going to have to bypass the destination and make a u-turn somewhere to going access to one or the other shopping areas.

That's my complaint and rant, based on my experiences. All about the access... I have nothing but praise and good experiences with the actual businesses. Those I named I can...

Crestview Marketplace is located in the northern portion of Crestview near Crestview High School. This plaza phas a wide variety of stores which are always clean and well maintained. The parking lot is easily accessible with more than adequate parking. This is one of the better plazas in Crestview. I really like how you can do anything from seeing a doctor at the White Wilson Immediate Care Clinic, enjoy amazing food at Pounders Hawaiian Grill, or shopping for Groceries at Winn-Dixie (where you may also find Coinstar, Redbox, Crypto Dispensers, and Westerns Union services.) At the time of this writing Crestview Marketplace is also the home of Papa John's, Polar Bear Ice Cream and Poke, The Hot Dog Shoppe, Verizon Wireless, Fantastic Sam's cut and color, Cox Communications, Beach Liquors,...

I'm a born and raised Kailua girl, first 30 years of my life spent on island, so I feel I have some authority on the subject. The kailua pig is on point. Get it. The terri beef was meh. I won't get it again, and not interested in their chicken offerings. The Mac salad is very tasty, every place you went had their own variation (I was always partial to L&L so that's my benchmark). I could do without whatever little sweet/terri drizzle they put on the rice - I'm a purist with my kailua pig unjust want the rice, pig, Mac. Very happy to find an excellent kailua pig and kind of sad it made me realize my crock pot version I've been getting by with was...
