I’m writing to report an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience I had using your service.
I placed an order around 12am. I was starving and hadn’t eaten all day. I attempted to pay for my order, but the app kept saying the payment didn’t go through. I tried again several times, only to later realize that my card was charged FOUR times for the same order.
Eventually, one of the attempts finally went through and I received a confirmation. However, when the delivery driver arrived at 1am, he refused to give me the food. He claimed the order wasn’t paid for, even after I showed him proof of the multiple charges. Instead of resolving the issue, he left with my food.
At that hour, there were no other places open, so I ended up going to bed hungry, upset, and having been charged multiple times for food I never received.
This is completely unacceptable. I expect:
A full refund of all charges, including the successful one (as I received nothing).
An investigation into the behavior of the delivery driver.
Compensation for the inconvenience, lost time, and emotional distress caused by this experience.
Please respond and resolve this immediately.

Read moreI just worked here for a maybe a month or so. The managers Kortnie with the terrible purple hair dye job and the other manager Beth with the eyebrow piercing. Beth smokes cigarettes in the back with the door wide open with all her cigarette smoke literally going back into the store. Kortnie was always coughing with her mouth wide open and makes y’all’s dough ready but in between she’s touching all over her phone and not washing after. The mushrooms we’ve been serving for weeks, are rotten due to our charts we follow but they don’t care. They are the meanest managers you could work for, they scream at their employees, constantly giving us snarky attitude, terrible hours, and be reusing cheese that’s been already been touched by all other toppings, just scooped back in with remaining cheese. I’ve worked at Little Cesar’s and their standards are insanely higher than this dump. I got fired cos I put the wrong topping on a pizza so little miss Beth decided to scream at the top of her lungs at me for it, maybe she was just cranky and needed a cig idk I feel bad for the poor elderly looking woman, but imagine if I had autism or something and they were yelling at me bullying me like that. Read moreOkay okay I was debating if I was going to review. As you see I couldn't resist. I made an order online for the Crestview Florida location. Upon arrival they have curbside pickup. Which is cool with me but a sign there says text "I'm here" on the Papa Johns app. I don't have the app but I'm parked where they could see me. So I just call the number after looking it up on Google. (Not on their sign by the curb). The young lady answer the phone very dry attitude. Says "I will bring them out to you" hangs up the phone. So now when she comes out it almost looks as if she want to curse me out like I done something wrong. Handed me my order and I start to apologize for not having the app. She just walks off and don't acknowledge that I was talking to her. Goes back behind the counter and then make eye to eye contact with me from a far. For the life of me when I spend my money at places I like to feel like my business is appreciated.
