My wife and I ordered our food. I ordered a Burger King meal no mayo no ketchup add mustard. The meal was to go. We got our food came home. Wanted to add salt and pepper to my hamburger upon inspection. There was no mustard rather than drive back to the store that we ate went back to the store an hour later and asked to see the manager upon talking to the manager. She said that she made the sandwich and she pretty sure that she put mustard. I clarified to her I even took pictures, if there was no mustard, she tried to say that it was under the pickles. I said it was no mustard on the sandwich. I was only looking for an apology. I wasn’t looking for nothing free, however, she just continued to argue with me insinuating that I was lying I will never ever go back to that Burger King managers name was Kaylee. follow up on this post: I contacted Burger King about this. was told my complaint had been forwarded to the owner. that was 9 days ago. And as of today no one has contacted me. I show up to the drive through at around 10pm and the manager told me they closed at 10pm, I then explained I placed a mobile order before they closed and at 9:51pm and she just stared at me from the door and said nothing for a while and said to just go through the app to get my money back. Here’s my issue, especially with management… if you close at a certain time then CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO SHOW. Next, I still placed my order before closing hours… I get people don’t want to work but at least call the person? Or also, make sure that again you make it to where you stop getting orders at certain time. I’ve worked in the food industry for years, so I get it. Just comes down to poor management and people not wanting to work. The food is good and as far as customer service goes, it depends on who is working.

Then gave the girl $20.70 for $15.69. She dropped a dime so asked if i had more change. I gave her another dime. She gave me back 4.94 because she said i gave her a nickle. Even if did i dont know where 94 cents came from, but the considerate thing would have been to ask if I had the other change....common sense consideration doesn't take as long as you might think and it goes a long way.
