Lou Lou Beans Gift Shop — Local services in Crestview

Nice store that I only get to shop 1-2 a year. (Out of town). This last experience was not great. The girl checking me out was not friendly, and I am just commenting on her facial expressions and less than thrilled attitude to be working the counter. She asked me if I wanted to spin the wheel for discount/gift, I thought how fun and generous of Lou Lou’s to offer this on Wednesday’s only. I spun and it landed on free gift, while the person next to me got 20% off their purchase. The girl said nothing and continued to check me out. I asked what is the free gift? She said it’s in the back. My card was left in the reader for what seemed like a few minutes, I finally asked can I take my card out? She said it’s still processing, do you want your gift gift wrapped? I said yes, she just walked to the back. Never mentioned what the gift was. She took the next 5 min to put my things in a bag then gave me my receipt. I asked what about the gift? And she just walks to the back then comes back and hands me a sticker “this is all we have left.”

Her attitude + the joke of a gift is why I will not be shopping at Lou Lou’s. A smile goes a long way or just pretending like you like your job. My tip to Lou Lou’s - let your customers spin wheel again if you have “no free gift” to offer (in a store FULL of gifts). The selection is incredible! From stylish women’s fashion to men’s items, baby gifts, and home fragrances, they have it all. I was especially impressed by their collection of Consuela purses, ENewton jewelry, Sweet Grace products, and Tyler candles—some of my favorite brands all in one spot!

The staff is what really makes the experience so special. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they love what they do and care about each customer who walks through the door.

This is by far the BEST little shop in Northwest Florida. Two locations Crestview and Freeport. The sales keep me coming back and the selection of gifts, goodies, and clothes keep me checking their app and Facebook live often. I love that they continue to get trendy products and strive to make small town shopping fun! They carry enewton, Consuela, and Ronaldo while also keeping lines that are affordable for all. I appreciate the diversity of price when looking for birthday, shower and Christmas gifts… it is my number one go to for every occasion!
