Tom Thumb — Local services in Crestview

Hello tourists and welcome to beautiful Okaloosa County. If you want to save a few dollars ,don't go to Tom Thumbs anywhere in this County. In my opinion, the management of these Tom Thumbs has found it necessary to overcharge on so many items in their store it's become a burden to the local who live here. So, I'm asking you to avoid the Tom Thumb stores in Okaloosa County. You'll be doing the locals a big favor and saving money at the same time. The Tom Thumb stores in Crestview are especially bad! You can save a lot of money by gassing up in Alabama before you enter the state of Florida and gassing up again before you leave the south end of the county. Oh, and thanks again for visiting our lovely County....

Tim the assistant manager here is a very rude and unprofessional. He should not be a manager anywhere. Not only did he treat me terribly as a paying customer he also treated me terribly infront of a line of other customers. I was there to buy something so I can get change and not only was he rude he proceeded to say things as I walked out the door. Tim you should be ashamed and shoukd be fired. This is the Tom Thumb across from the Oil line on Highway 85, this place has come a long way since the new Manager Heather came back. The store is cleaner the panhandlers have almost move from in front of the store. She still has a way to go with some if her employees mainly the young lady with all the piercings you just have to catch her on the right day... Or not go there when she is there...she...
