I asked Derl's to come by and unlock and re-key the locks on the service body of one our service trucks. I set up an appointment for my technician to meet him at 8am the following day at their shop.

That next morning my guy was there but no one showed up. I called them at 8:20 and he said they forgot about the appointment and wouldn't be available until later in the day. He said to make it easier, he would come to our shop.

At 9:46 he called and said he was on his way, asked if the truck was there, and the description of the truck. He did not contact me again. I was away from the office today and just assumed he showed up and took care of the problem, but my office infomed me this afternoon that again, he failed to show up.

Anytime I have a truck sitting in the parking lot, we are losing money. This is completely unacceptable! The reviews for Derl's were very good, but that was not...

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My son's key fob quit working while he was at CHS, he called Mom (of course) come figure this out and fix it please lol. Long story short replaced the battery, etc. still wouldn't work, tried to reprogram the remote with google, still nothing. Called several locksmith's who were less than helpful, added to my stress level and made me want to scream. I decided to try one last locksmith and reached DERL'S LOCK & SAFE, thank goodness I made that call!
