Went here for my sons newborn photo shoot. The studio is big with an area for kids to play and some nice couches for people to sit at while photos are taken. In the back is the bathroom with the little outfits and accessories for the newborn photos. Lots of cute options to choose from. They have complimentary coffee which is good cause everyone loves coffee. The photographers wife is good with babies and does well to sooth a fussy baby for photo shoot. They both were nice and patient waiting for my son to calm down and be happy or fall asleep for the photos. My son is hard to get to sleep or to be happy when not being held but she did good at soothing him into a nice baby slumber. After the photos are taken their all displayed on a big high def tv. You pick favorites and then all the favorites are displayed and you decide what if the favorite photos you want printed and of what size. There’s a lot of photos taken to choose from so there’s no worry about not getting any that you like. Was hard to pick what I wanted from so many cute photos but eventually me and my husband figured out what photos we wanted and were both happy with the whole experience. Shot in Focus captured photos of my newborn baby girl and did such an amazing job! Darlene treated my daughter as if she was her own. My husband and I were exhausted as this is our first child and she was only 2 weeks old. I was so worried about changing outfits and adjusting her for pictures and I didn’t have to do any of that. We got to sit back and relax as Darlene took such great care in perfecting all the details so we didn’t have to do anything but watch! Roy was able to capture such perfect pictures because they worked so well together. He has such a great eye for the perfect angle and explaining how to adjust her to Darlene so that he could get the best shot. I do not recommend Shot in Focus for any photography experience! The owner/photographer is rude and yelled at my wife in front of my daughter, other children and other parents. He demanded that my wife move away from our daughter while she was trying to adjust her hair for her photos. He then yelled across the cafeteria at my wife claiming to apologize for her not understanding his rules. Very unprofessional!

My wife also heard him rudely tell another parent to move away from her child when waiting in line. His words were you need to move back to give some space. It’s hot in here and the girls need some space. The parent thought she was helping and told the girls to move back and he said no, I’m talking to you! (the parent)
