Where do I even begin, I am going to try to leave my frustrations out of this review. I have thought about this for months but it has to be stated. I purchased my Buick Encore in Sept 2023. Since purchasing I have had the dealership do every oil change needed. About 3 months ago, I noticed my brakes squeaking so I took it into the shop. It was my understanding the brakes were replaced. Since then, The STILL squeak until this day. I also had to have them fix some damage that was done to my A/C which cost me $1600.00 to repair. I was told this repair would take 4 days for the part to come in plus another couple of days for the repair to be fixed. 22 days later I finally get my car. I have constantly complained that the A/C does not get cold from 12pm-4pm everyday. They looked and said nothing was wrong. I got a call from someone asking me was I satisfied with the service and if everything was okay. I told the woman, everything was not okay and I am frustrated and would rather not worry about it. She said for the inconvenience she was sending me a gift and I would receive it in the mail in about TWO weeks. To date, NO gift was sent to me. On September 2nd I brought the vehicle in because the check engine light had come on over the weekend but because of Labor day they were closed. I also needed an oil change. I arrived at 6:45am and waited until they opened at 7am, I got taken home by one of their drivers and was told someone would call me shorty. By 4pm I called and said do you have any news, I was told by Jeremy that since I didn't have an appointment they have not even looked at it. Well, You knew at 7am I didn't have an appointment and if I had not called when was someone going to call me? I asked if i could be picked up to get my vehicle and was told "I'll see what I can do" So, I called my mother and asked her to pick me up and take me to get my car which she did. I get there and am told "We billed your oil change out" but you will need an appointment to see why the check engine light came on, I said when can I bring it back I am told 7am on SEPT 9th. really? okay and I leave. On the 5th I had to go to Tallahassee and the whole time I am praying the check engine light doesn't come on but to my surprise what does it read across my screen? " CHANGE OIL SOON" So instantly I am furious because I was told by Jeremy " We billed your oil change out" THAT MEANS the service provider has completed the service and has prepared an invoice for you to pay. ANOTHER LIE. so I get to Tallahassee and take it to TAKE 5 immediately. I ask them can they please check my air filleter because when I looked at my manual for possible reasons the check engine light would come on that was one of the things I read and since I don't have a gas cap I took that out of the equation. So NOT only do they check my air filter but the come to the passenger side and tell me they are going to check the A/C intake filter. I was like oh okay great. Low and behold BOTH were as black as tar, I paid with the 2 filters and oil change $185.83 to have them do the work. To DATE NO check engine light NO issues. So David Scott Lee Buick GMC you mean to tell me you have been servicing my vehicle and not once checked my air filter? You gladly took $1600 payment for A/C work but failed to check the A/C intake filter? AND let's not forget my brakes STILL Squeal. I will NEVER step foot into your dealership again. I do NOT recommend your dealership. I have been done wrong and I had sooo many people telling me to STOP going to you for repairs but I was faithful to you. I should have listened but rest assure, My mind is set now. Thank you...
Read moreUpdate: This is strictly for the service team. I called to set up an appointment and the lady I spoke with said that they booked two weeks out to do oil changes but that just because it says I have 8% on my oil life doesn't mean anything bad will happen to the car and that I can definitely wait the two weeks And I I said no because I know in order to keep the powertrain warranty you have to do everything by the book to which seemed a little bit strange for me that she would even suggest waiting that long, which would then cancel out my powertrain warranty because I know how finicky warranties are, and you have to do everything by the Book So then, I just advised her I would look at other options for an oil change because I couldn't wait two weeks. I go on my Buick app, which is what they had me download while I was there buying my brand new car and I see that there is an open appointment within a few days for this location so I book it and I called back in and I ask why I was not offered this Appointment originally on the phone and a man named Sean Cummins Jr Argued with me about it. Saying that they never recommend the app because it doesn't actually go with the flow of their shop and I can show up but I may or may not actually get my oil changed On that day. Incredibly rude And obviously should not be in a customer service position. There are other jobs that you could have where you don't have to actually talk to people like a factories, for instance. So I called back in today, days later, and I speak to a woman named Sam and I asked her if she could confirm my appointment and she did and I said so if I show up, I will have no problem receiving service on that date and she said no no problem at all. So I'm not really sure what the problem is with the service team and the app I don't understand why there was such a big difference in the timing and I don't understand why the man was so rude about Me having booked in the app. It left a very bad taste in my mouth about this location.
Karsun was great. He helped me get the best deal on my new car. Powertrain warranty for life is absolutely amazing. When I started having second doubts he did not argue or anything and gave me a minute to process my thoughts and I ended up buying it and I am very...
Read moreI brought in my XT5 for a regular oil change. Since made the appointment a service light kept coming on. So I told Jeremy in the service department when I arrived. I was worried because I live 45 minutes away and my husband is disabled so it is very hard for me to have time for appointments let alone have to come back if they wouldn't be able to fix the problem that day. Jeremy told me he would let the tech know and see what they could do. I always wait in the lobby for my oil changes since I have no one to pick me up (which is fine because they always have coffee and snacks :) ) I knew that they could work on this issue that it would take longer and I definitely didn't mind, I would just appreciate it. So Jeremy came and told me that they could in fact take care of this issue and I was so thankful. As usual Donna came around and checked on me every so often to make sure I was doing okay. She's always good at making sure everyone is taken care of. I also want to give a shot out to the lady at the service dept. She saw that the coffee was empty when I was trying to get some, and she came straight over there and brought more coffee out. I think she seen how tired and desperate I was and my need for said coffee lol. A couple hours later Jeremy called on me and said that the Tech working on my car got the oil change and the other issue taken care of sooner than he thought and that I was good to go! I was seriously so grateful that I almost could have cried. With my husband newly disabled and my full time job at work and at home, I barely have time to breathe lol. So I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone there that day. Everyone has always been awesome at this dealership and that day was no different. They went above and beyond so thank yall so very much for making my life not so hectic that week. It means the...
