Updated review: The bathroom situation seems to have been resolved. Which is great because we LOVE WD! It's always been our family's go-to grocery store, hands down. We don't shop anywhere else. Also, the WD rewards app is awesome and totally worth it! I highly recommend using it every time you shop. The store is always organized and tidy and the staff is always friendly. Nothing but good things to say. Keep up the great work!
Old review: I had to come back and deduct 2 stars because lately, at least for the last 3 months or so, the bathrooms at the Crestview location have been FILTHY. I don't mean a tad dirty. I mean absolutely disgusting. The men's restroom is way worse than the women's. They're always out of paper towels and the sinks are dirty. In the men's bathroom there's always piss everywhere (clearly men are just gross, but still someone should be cleaning it up). I rarely use the bathroom there, so the fact that every time I have it's been disgusting is pretty bad. It's not like we just caught them on a bad day. Especially with COVID right now, I find this unacceptable and I'm not typically the type of person who blasts an establishment like this. That's just his bad it is. Maybe new management or something. I don't know, but it needs to be taken...
Read moreWe arranged to have 100 wings each for 2 groups of employees (200 total) that we were rewarding for their hard work. To place the order was a hassle because the phone to the deli was either never answered or rang busy for the 6 hour period we tried to call. Finally, we went there in person to order. They didn’t seem overly busy but disorganized and the process took about 30 minutes, 15 of which was us waiting for someone to figure out how to price and print the barcode for us to pay. We were quoted a price for the 200 wings and we paid so one of our folks could just pick up the order the next day. When the person we sent went to pick up the order, he was only given 100 wings and told we only paid for 100 and that's all we got. One employee group went without that day which is embarrassing to me and makes the company look bad, not to mention price per wing is about $0.85 which is rather pricey. I would think the management at Winn Dixie, Crestview would be more attentive to their customers considering a brand new Publix opened across the street roughly six months ago. I arrange a fair amount of catering for local business, visiting businesses, and corporate events and I can’t take the chance that one half (or any) of my order won’t be available...
Read moreI’m here so often that they pretty much know me. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Everything is always super clean and I always see someone cleaning somewhere. Also with all of the COVID stuff going on they have great precautions in place to protect customers and their employees. Some customers don’t wear masks but I can’t say anything because some people have medical reasons they can’t wear one and I don’t know that persons situation. I have never had a single problem in the years I have been going to this Winn Dixie. Well wait there is one thing. PLEASE get pre made subs in the deli department because my mom always wants them and I don’t like having to find them somewhere else lol. Other than that they are my...
