I wouldn't even give this store a star but. that's the only way to write this. It's the worst experience ever, with a December promotion Verizon had going on. Tristan was the employee working and started this whole mess. I had to call Verizon 7 times (total) to try and get this resolved. On 1 call, we had a 3 way call directly with Verizon and Tristan.
It sounded as if he was going to take care of this issue that he'd done, which everything was wrong, He never corrected anything. Plus 6 weeks after the old phones were traded in, he still hadn't returned the old one's. He said he did at first but, couldn't provide tracking numbers because, later they were found at his store.
On the day we were to get this all straightened out with the correct devices, Tristan said, it's been over 30 days, can't do anything. But, was called 2's before that and that was was never mentioned.
He sold 2 Samsung phones with 2 Ipads and Iwatches and said they'd work together. Of course they do not. He called his Mgr, he called his Mom to make sure.
So these were Christmas presents and knowing that they aren't compatible rather ruined the great Christmas gifts.
On that same day he said there was nothing he could do, he then tries to see if they're compatible, "oh" THEN, found out they're NOT!!!!
So. I've switched these phones to Verizon, not Victra, that 3rd party co. in Crete and will never deal with them again.
