Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Crete

We moved to Crete about four months ago - we have eaten here twice, and walked out twice. They really need an adult manager. We have stood in the doorway while multiple people walk back and forth ignoring us (including the assistant manager) - we walked out. We had portions of our order "given to someone outside", then asked if we still wanted it. Tonight we were seated and watched the same server walk past us multiple times without even a nod in acknowledgement that we were there. After about 10 minutes - my husband got up and went to the bar to ask for a server - the same server walked right past him. Multiple employees were wandering around - but nobody came to our table, and nobody acknowledged my husband standing by the bar. We finally got up to walk out - and decided to complain to whoever would listen. We asked to see the manager - she had been standing just in the doorway to the kitchen, listening to our complaints - but not coming out until we asked to see her. Whoever owns this facility needs to have a more responsible person in charge. If that server who openly ignored us had even nodded and asked if we had been helped, we would have stayed for the meal. (There were PLENTY of empty tables, by the way.) Instead, we went down the street to the Dairy Queen - which was packed and the service was great. We decided to try our local pizza hut again and what a disappointment. My spouse ordered a medium taco pizza, I ordered a salad and wings. My salad came out right away. The pizza came out timely enough, but not my wings. Our server checked with my spouse after his first few bites of pizza. I had to find the server to ask him to check on my wings, approximately 15 minutes after my spouse received his pizza. Another 10 minutes later I had my wings, with the server apologizing and saying the wings would be removed from our bill. They weren't! We had a similar experience previously and with the return of places being open, we thought we would give it another try. The food was acceptable once we received it. Unfortunately this may be the last time that they get our business. This had been a great place to come to in the past but the last few visits have went down hill. Tonight we received prompt service for our order but that is the only positive thing I can say. They only had guest sitting at 2 or 3 other tables. We watched others sit down, order and receive their food before we got our drinks. The waiter was quick to help what looked like friends at a few different tables and continued to ignore us. I had to go up to the bar and ask for plates, reorder food twice, and again go up to the bar to get refills on our drinks after waiting 20 mins.
