Worst customer service experience ever! I visited this location last week and the manager Cheryl was the absolute worst manager ever with a horrible attitude. I was interested in purchasing a headboard and when I couldn't find anyone to help me I left the store. However, I called the store an hour later and spoke to a representative to get details on the item and informed him that I would be back up there to purchase the item. I didn't get his name but he was very helpful. Well once I got there the manager, Cheryl was the first person I ran into, so I asked if she could please have a rep help me with getting the item off the shelf to purchase. She said she didn't like that I bombarded her and had me stand in a long register line to seek help. When I questioned standing in a long line just to get help, she stated that was the procedure. The cashier clerk informed me that that was not the procedure. So apparently the manager was either having a bad day or was taking her managerial position too far. Called back the next day and the lady name Sarah answered seem like she didn’t want to help she was in a hurry to hang. But said it has BEEN ready but they never sent an email. Read moreThe only thing worthy of stars is the great friendliness of the employees (5 stars!) However, the quality if their products for the price point is much to be desired. I purchased 2 outdoor bench cushions online for pickup (they do not offer free shipping or free ship to store and the one close to me did not have the items) and while I was there I decided to take a look around and ultimately picked up a garden cat stake with lantern. I got home to realize, one of the cushions had a broken zipper and the lantern doesn't work properly. I did contact customer service online about the lantern, they were helpful, and was offered a discount/giftcard on a future purchase after I had already been ripped off. No thank you!
