We recently moved here from Alaska and needed a real estate agent to help us find a home to rent. Our agent was Katerina Erhard, and from the get-go, she helped us every step of the way. We were emailing her a few months before we even arrived to Maryland, and a week before we got here she found us a list of houses and showed us about 20 homes that we could choose from. Once we finally made our decision, she wasted no time to get us in contact with the property managers to start the application process. The property managers on the other end twiddle their fingers and drug out the process, but Katerina was persistent in making sure everything went smoothly and sped up.
