WOW! This is the best way to describe the service and care we received from United Granite. My husband and I decided to upgrade the countertops throughout our home and had the privilege of dealing with two true professionals. This was a huge undertaking and Chris Presley did an outstanding job working with us to select the granite, scheduled measurement, and was spot on with the calculation of our bill. His friendly demeanor and assistance made this purchasing decision a delightful experience. The next phase was the pre-installation process where Mustafa Delican meticulously measured out each piece of granite to highlight the grain and quality of the stone. He did an excellent job throughout the process and monitored the installation of the granite in our home. Mustafa took things a step further and inspected each countertop and offered recommendations to fix minor things. Chris and Mustafa are a wonderful team who exercised active listening skills, offered appropriate recommendations, and ensured that we were happy at every phase of the process. YES! ALL questions and concerns will be addressed and managed appropriately.

Our experience with United Granite of Crofton & Elkridge was outstanding! We were doing a complete kitchen renovation and I called Chris Presley of Crofton early on just to ask some questions about granite thicknesses and counter heights, Chris was very professional and answered all my questions. Months later, after looking at several granite sources, I recalled how helpful Chris was so we decided to check out United Granite. We went to the Crofton office and Chris showed us a wide selection of granite and we originally selected a St Cecilia slab for our kitchen. A few days later a tech from United Granite came and took the measurements in less than an hour. Then we went to see Chris again to make the first 1/2 payment and to approve the measurements, while there, Chris said he had a really good deal on a Typhoon Bordeaux slab for about the same price, we looked at it, we loved it... The thing is, with Typhoon Bordeaux, there are patterns in the slab that you may want laid out in a particular way so..... We went up to the Elkridge location and met Mustafa who did an excellent job (he's an artist!) of laying out our slab so the river like pattern flowed from the bar height countertop, down the backsplash, and across the countertop. About a week later, our countertops were installed by two guys who had obviously done this many times. Our countertops look excellent, we are very happy! When we were looking for granite to redo the kitchen countertops, I shopped around at quite a few places. United Granite stood out against the rest because of the superior service and design expertise provided by Chris Presley as well as Eric. We were trying to coordinate with a uniquely patterned tile floor which made choosing granite especially daunting. Every place we went other than United Granite provided absolutely no help in choosing granite that might go with the floor tile. They just motioned toward the slabs and we were on our own. United Granite was a far superior experience. On two different occasions, Chris spent over an hour with us as we walked around with a floor tile and he with a cherry cabinet door. He already had slabs in mind that might work so it really cut down on the painstaking process we'd have gone through on our own. I am incredibly grateful for the design help because the granite looks absolutely beautiful in our kitchen and even flatters the floor tile. We're extremely happy with the two bathroom countertops installed by United Granite as well. I highly recommend...
