I would give this establishment a five-star for their customer service, but unfortunately I purchased my tree there on November 29th and it is already petrified. Gave it water within an hour of purchasing and it didn't really seem to take in a lot of water like most of my trees did. I believe that maybe, they didn't cut enough off the bottom after doing a little research. This was my first time buying there since the Lions Club stand was not open on Rt. 193 this year. Super family and dog friendly... They even had homemade dog treats!!! When we described the kind of tree we were looking for, Jon pulled out two trees and the second one was the winner! Read moreLooking for a tree today after a bad experience elsewhere. Based upon Southbound's excellent produce record, should have just started there. Was shown a tree that was ok, but a bit too big. The employee thought he could find what we would like back at the house(farm?). He took the truck 10 minutes away and returned with several candidates that fit the bill. What a positive experience in keeping with the spirit of the season. Shame on you if you don't get the melons...
