Would not suggest going to this location. I just ordered the super-food salad with salmon, when it first came out the portion seemed off to me but I shrugged it off also it is supposed to come with kale, romaine and iceberg lettuce but there was no romaine lettuce the first time so the manager came out offered to make a new salad. Waited a half and hour and when I finally gotten it the salmon was raw in the middle so had to send it back...waited another half an hour and the salmon at that point was over cooked big time. I was drained from waiting and was starving so I just accepted it. When we gotten the bill I realized why the salad portion seemed off....the server ordered the smaller version of the salad which was 13.98 and added salmon for 6.00 which put my dinner at 19.98...understand the on-tray I ordered was 17.98 on the menu (not to mention the salmon already comes with it so what gives with the separate charge)so I have no idea what she was thinking but I guess it means the server gotten the up charge she kept suggesting so much and not to mention my best bud who gotten the 8 ounce steak it actually looked like a 6 ounce.....the manager kept apologizing yet didn't comp anything off the check for the bad experience which wasn't even our fault not to mention when an order comes out wrong you make sure it gets done on the fly you don't make the customer wait for over a half an hour...and the server was passive attentive which means she acted like she cared but walked away before hearing our answers which was annoying because her concern just came off fake. This place is shady because of how they charged us and offered nothing for the bad experience I wouldn't suggest this place at all. We love BoneFish but know for a fact we will never come back to this location again. How can you trust a restaurant that messes up a salad...a...

TLDR: Solid restaurant at the Waugh Chapel shopping center. Great service. And pretty decent food. I’d probably come back if I was in the area and in the mood for seafood.

Free bread and pesto (9/10): The bread was warm and the pesto was just amazing. Pesto had amazing flavors and the perfect amount of seasoning.

Beef and ginger potstickers (4/10): Found these to be soggy. When I get potstickers, I want something with a crispy crust, but these were soggy, kind of like they were boiled. Not a bad thing, but not my style. I didn’t think there was a lot of flavor from the beef, and the beef also had an odd texture. The texture was more like “liquidy” and wasn’t all beef. Again, this isn’t something I’m used to so I personally didn’t like them too much, and my GF didn’t as well. The sauce on top was good, but overall salty.

Corn chowder and crab soup (8/10): This was worth the money, in my opinion. Thick flavor, and a light corn taste. It was delicious.

Blackened salmon pasta (6/10: Salmon was cooked to perfection. There was this perfect crust, but also on the inside it was moist and delicious. I found the cheese to overpower the whine wine sauce. I really didn’t like that. I found the cheese to be actually way too strong. I think they might’ve put too much cheese, especially on the artichokes. My spinach was all over the place, since some had no taste, and others were overpowered with garlic. I enjoyed the capers though, and found them to have a nice touch to the meal.

Came in around 3pm with no wait, and not many tables filled. the service was great and the waiters were quick to fill my water. But, the bathroom was dirty and the stall doors were nearly impossible to close. I had to strong arm them to actually get them to lock. ...

We stopped at another establishment prior to Bonefish but there was an hour wait. Here we got a table right away. The waitress was polite. She took the drink and appetizer order almost immediately. We ordered potstickers. It took some time for the food to come. Two couples that arrived after we did got their food well before we did. Infact my wife had eaten all but two slices of bread before the main course arrived. Now the food. The potstickers were soggy, doughy and cool in the center I tried one and my wife tried one. So we did not eat those. Finally the simple fish and chips along with the fish tacos and bacon Mac and cheese was delivered. The only thing that had any flavor was the fries. They were lightly salted. The fish was tough and flavorless. My wife who skipped lunch so we could start our trek south for the weekend was hungry so she ate one and a half of the tacos. I ate a few fries and a few spoons of the Mac that tasted like flour with crushed bacon on top. The waitress ask for our opinion and I gave my honest opinion. She said she would tell the manager whom I expected to come and speak with us but that never happened. We were offered the dessert menu which I thought was a joke. I asked for the check. She insisted we box all the food and take it but we declined. She came back and explained they only charged for the two sodas and tacos. I told her that was not my intention. I am hungry but I want well prepared food. She said don't worry about it. So I tipped her the difference. When leaving, the manager said have a good night. Had she come by she would have learned it was our 22nd wedding anniversary and...

Uncomfortable dining experience this afternoon. Arrived at 3:30 and asked if we could sit at a high top in the bar area; hostess said yes. 15 minutes went by before the bartender (#1) came by and asked if we had been assigned a server. What??? When we said we hadn’t, she asked us to go ask the hostess for one. What again??? We told her the hostess said we could sit here and she relented, telling us she would find a server. After 5 more minutes, another employee (#2) stopped by, told us they were looking for a server and took our drink order. 5 minutes later got bread by yet another employee (#3) but no server or drinks. 5 minutes later drinks arrive from employee #2, and when asked about a server, was told one would be coming over but that she could take our order, which we placed 30 minutes after sitting down. Our server (#4) finally appeared to tell us our order was being prepared… and then promptly disappeared until I flagged him down for the check. Food ultimately arrived, albeit with a sizable piece of plastic in my Florida Cobb (yes, I should have complained, but at that point all I wanted to do was get the check and leave). First time experiencing such disjointed service here which, as frequent takeout and dining in patrons, we never have before. Assume staffing issues based on employee grumblings we overheard, but you can do better, especially mid-afternoon.

I came here to celebrate my mom for Mother's Day and I will say I definitely enjoyed this place! I loved how they had plenty of availability for a last minute reservation. Upon arrival, there was a lot of people waiting to be seated (whom all had a reservation), however the wait time to be seated didn't take longer than 15 minutes- as expected since it was Mother's Day. I had a great interaction with the friendly staff who guided us to our seats. Our waitress was super friendly and helped us walkthrough the menu as well as the specials they had for that day. The wait time to get our food was a little long, but it was still expected as it was a very busy day. Our waiter was able to bring our food and drinks fresh and hot, which I definitely appreciate because not a lot of restaurants do that believe it or not. I ordered the pasta with chicken. My family enjoyed their meals but my meal needed a bit more salt and pepper, but thankfully it was provided on the table and it definitely helped to boost the flavor of my food. Overall we enjoyed the ambiance, and thankfully it wasn't too loud despite how the restaurant was packed! Enjoyed celebrating my mother for her special day and was genuinely Glad my family enjoyed the service, food, and experience at this restaurant. Will definitely come here again and highly recommend!
