Giving three stars because i really like the place and the selection of cards they have but my most recent couple of visits was not great. I traded a pretty expensive card in for a few cards and we agreed on all of them. She gave us two of the cards and said she would have the other one the next time we came in because she had to find it. We stop by a few days later, she said she hadn’t looked yet and that we could come back one more time for the card. We come back again, and she tells us that she can’t get us the card because her boyfriend took the card that she traded us for one of his decks and she was unwilling to trade it (AFTER we already made the trade agreement) and offered us to choose a different card. I wouldn’t have agreed to the trade at all if I knew they wouldn’t have the one I needed. I wouldn’t even be mad if they could have just told me in the beginning that they couldn’t trade me that one, but agreeing to a trade and waiting almost two weeks to tell me that they’re going back on it because their boyfriend took a card that they had technically already sold is kind of ridiculous. Especially considering the card we traded was worth enough to just order another one. Nat 20 is my go to game store since the first time we stepped foot in it about 2 years ago. The 40k community is amazing and constantly growing! The owners have a wargaming area just to accommodate us! They have a separate magic area to make sure those guys have space, a room for people playing board games, AND by far the coolest DND room I've ever seen at a store! Brett, one of the owners, is always playing 40k with us or talking to us. They let people host game events and the store hosts weekly hobby nights and monthly RTCs. Just driving through and was recommended this place by Dubs gaming. Extremely friendly staff made us feel at home. Plenty of boxes of singles to go through and plenty of space to play pretty much anything.
