DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAYCARE! Especially if they have a medical condition. My son have tubes in his ears and they drain a lot (which they are supposed to do) and because of that Ms.Mary and her staff called CPS on my for medical neglects. I originally put the tubes in his ears because he kept failing his hearing test when he was a baby because there was fluid behind his ears. I have explained this to Ms.Mary multiple times! I’ve told her his appointments to the doctor and the ENT. Yet she was still trying to force me to bring him to his pcp almost every week! His PCP is only going to give him ear drop she’s not a ent! I had explained that to her SEVERAL TIMES. But she act like she have no understanding of his condition. He has bad allergies and he has sinus problems all those this causes his tubes to drain! I have medicine for it all! I have asked her if I could leave his drops at the daycare so they could put it in his ears while he is sleeping and Ms.Mary told me “ We don’t administer medication; can you do it first thing in the morning or when you drop them off?” her exact words to me! How could you call yourself a child care provider yet do not know nothing medical terminology?! I have all of my child appointments and I also have the my chart app. I have shown it ALL to the social worker. Also she tried to make it seem like they where the ones that didn’t call CPS when I called and ask her. Than she asked me for the social worker information because she didn’t get her card. So you mean to tell me I can just call in this daycare dressed as a social worker tell you I am here to see and child and you let me to the back without identifying who I am before taking pictures of someone child. So ANYONE can walk into this daycare ms.Mary/kourtney and say they are a social worker without identifying themselves and y’all are going to let the to the back to “investigate” a claim. If that’s not enough for you, they also do not report all accidents that happen to your child at this daycare to you. My 7 year old daughter use to go there for after care sometimes and she came home and told me another child slapped my 4year old in the face and no one informed me of this incident when I picked up my kids. I called Ms.Mary and asked her what happened and I quote “ Good afternoon. I do apologize because I left to go wash clothes for the daycare doing pick up and I totally forgot to tell you. The little girl that hit your daughter is two years old. Your child is usually the one hitting and slapping but Georgia places her in time out when that happens. I don’t want you to think it goes unnoticed, but the other parent was made aware. Going forward, would you like a report on each occurrence when your child is corrected? Maybe you can get her to stop because time out doesn’t work for us but that’s all we can do. Again I apologize but I totally forgot and I wasn’t here during pick up.” She literally flipped EVERYTHING on my child and made it seem like she was the problem yet I have NEVER as long as my child was going to that daycare received a accident report stating she’s fighting and hitting other kids. Also my son come home with bleach stains on his clothes. I have picked him up multiple time he face was literally full of snot and buggers. He have came home with unexplained stretches on him and when you ask about it she will make it seem like it happened at home. Her not knowing I have ALWAYS examined all my child once I pick them up from daycare. This daycare is HORRIBLE! And if they think they will get away with slandering my name they have another thing coming to them. I have so much proof I have NEVER medical neglected my child. Just because I didn’t bring him to the doctor when they felt like I should. Who are they?! The have messed with the WRONG mommy! This is by far the WORSE daycare any of my kids have been in. It do not matter how many times you explain your child’s condition if they feel that you aren’t taking the proper precautions. They WILL call CPS not knowing what type of mother...

I first meet Miss Kourtney at a learning center in early 2018. She was my son’s preschool teacher. I admired her attentiveness and the one on one she gave. My son grew a bond to her and when she left that center; I made sure to follow her. Following her lead us to N.O.W University. Where my family was introduced to Ms. Mary and her display of love, passion and nurturing spirit for all kids. This was the best childcare choice for my children. My son attends full time and my daughter attends the after-school care. The absolutely love it. My husband and I appreciate the care they provide our children and the ability to communicate with us to ensure our children have smooth transition into a Champion not only at N.O.W University but to carry over those characteristics taught to them always.

The center became available RIGHT when our family was in need of a location near home that could be beneficial for our son who was 3 at the time. They love him like he’s their own and treat the entire household like family. This was my sons first time in preschool since he was born and it became his second home quickly. He has progressed academically and socially (still some growth needed ) but with their help and support I think he will do well in his kindergarten transition....
