I was in a great mood this morning when I entered the post office. I was the first one there. There was a lady named Shon behind the counter. I said good morning how are you and she mumbled something. She then proceeded to bark at me that my pkg needed taped unless I was sending it priority because this was the post office and they donāt tape pkgs for people. I said maāam If I had tape I would had taped it. I went out to the lobby and filled out an address card and came back in and she proceeded to toss the tape at me so I could tape it myself. She proceeded to be rude and that didnāt set well with me so I relied , āsomeone is rude this morning.ā No sir Iām not rude I said please. I said no you didnāt and you have been rude to me since I walked in the door this morning. She questioned my sending address. I said maāam itās legit. I have worked in customer service for ever and never have I been that rude to someone. With the rising costs of everything including mail, they need to have good customer service to keep people coming back in. Sadly, I looked on reviews and this lady has SEVERAL complaints on her, yet she still has a job. If your going to keep her, put her in the back away from people since she doesnāt have any customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur mailbox has been in pieces for about a week now which means we have to go to the post office for our mail. I called them just now because I know that I was supposed to have a package delivered today. It rang for several minutes just now before someone finally picked up the phone and didn't say anything. I said hello once, waited about 15 seconds, and said it again only for the phonecall to be ended once I said it a second time. I called back and a woman answered the phone. I explained that I was seeking the package and she responded that I wouldn't likely be getting the package today as she already knew, basically without knowing my address, that our driver wouldn't be getting back to the post office before they closed. She offered the narrow window of 6-11am on Saturday as an opportunity for me to get my package and dryly apologized for the inconvenience. We also quite consistently get mail from other houses on our street as I've seen in other reviews and I've even seen our mail carrier delivering mail in a tank top and basketball shorts. I'm not sure if protocol on that has just become a little more...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWalked in today at 10:51am decided this morning that I did not want to deal with the rude folks at the post office near my home in Fort Worth so I drove out to the Crowley Rd office. I've had great experiences here but today was different. While in line I observed Shon the clerk working the front using a condescending tone with a youth whom I truly believe had an honest lack of knowledge of address placement for his envelope. Instead of the clerk Shon humbly educating our youth she in my opinion embarrassed him by talking to him very arrogantly. Truly upsets me to see so many bitter ways of treating one another. She was very generous with her condescending tone and rolling of the eyes when it was my turn to check out. She treats customers like they are a bother as if she were personally doing us a favor as if it were not her Job. Well, honest to God it looks like she is not happy with the blessing she has. Hope management actually starts trying to put their best in the front to...
