Update: After posting my original review, the general manager reached out to me directly. He was kind, explained that the location is under new management, and confirmed that toddler time (along with other specials) will no longer be offered (and that the website will be updated to reflect this soon). He stated that "The only special we offer moving forward is our monthly passes. That is the cheapest way to jump at the park. There are 2 options Basic and VIP."
That said, I do hope they reconsider removing specials like toddler time and homeschool jump. A lot of local families—especially those with toddlers or multiple kids—relied on those affordable options. It’s what made this place accessible and appealing for many of us.
I’m thankful for how this situation was handled, and I hope they continue listening to community feedback moving forward.
I visited House of Air expecting to use their advertised toddler time deal (10 a.m.–12 p.m. for $8, with kids 2 and under free with an adult). I brought myself and my 2, 3, and 14-year-old, and when I asked about the deal, the employee hesitated but told me she’d “give me the best deal she could.” I was charged around $35, which seemed close enough. I was distracted by 2 very excited toddlers but it was less than the $68 I had paid the first time we went to House of Air which was odd to me then as well.
An hour later, two of my friends arrived with similar-aged children (2 of which were to young to even participate) and were quoted over $85. When they asked about the toddler pricing, they were told toddler time "no longer exists" due to new management. But there were no signs, no mention online, and nothing posted at the entrance. To make things worse, they checked the prices online while standing at the counter and found that online tickets would’ve been cheaper than what they were being charged in person. The manager was very rude and arrogant toward my friends who were just trying to gain clarity on the confusing information between their website, social media account and in person.
They ended up leaving without jumping, and we all left with disappointed kids.
I’m leaving this review to hopefully prevent other families—especially those with toddlers—from going through the same frustrating and confusing experience. Please call ahead and double check prices...
Read moreMy main issue with House of Air is that all their staff is comprised of teenagers. So when we first arribed, the girl running the counter kept stumbling over all of her words, wasn't speaking up and we had to keep asking her to repeat herself because not only was she not speaking loudly enough, but she wasn't explaining anything clearly. Then, once we got up with the jump area, all the teenagers called the "flight crew" were lounging around on their phones acting absolutely miserable. This is what teally ticked me off...ONE TEENAGER WHO ARRIVED FOR SHIFT HALF AN HOUR BEFORE OUR TIME WAS UP WAS WALKING OVER TO HOS ASSIGNED AREA, AND WHILE WALKING, WAS TELLING HIS COWORKERS HOW BADLY HE DIDNT WANT TO BE HERE...THAT GOT OUR ATTENTION, SO WE KEPT WATCJWAT HIM. AS HE ARRIVED OVER TO HIS AREA, HE MADE EYE CONTACT WITH A FEMALE COWORKER, AND IMITATED CUTTING HIS WRISTS AS A WAY TO SHOW JUST HOW BADLY HE DIDNT WANT TO BE HERE.
This place is full of kids...are you kidding me???!! This teenage boy is white, skinny, grey basketball shorts, and has a man bun going on with his hair. He should not be allowed to work here. I honestly can't believe my eyes when I saw him do that.
