So I tried to leave a video of 4 phone conversations I had with your “GM” I ordered all of this food. And I made sure u ordered not just a few sauces but I ordered extra I said I don’t care how much extra it cost. After ordering the first problem I had was I didn’t really see any sauce so I ordered some more. She brought some out but she brought 2 catchup one marinara and one ranch for all of this food when we finally open the food and this is after I talked to the manager yesterday for the first time there was tomatoes mayo and pickle but no jalapeños the onion rings was right but I had no ketchup to eat it with The combo the other cheeseburger was made wrong the same way it supposed to add jalapeño but they put no jalapeño add mayo pickle and tomato and it wasn’t supposed to have any of that the marinara sauce they only came with one even though I ordered a ton of extra that and ranch I had two ketchup packets before I ordered two wacky packs and the hotdogs plain so I had no sauce for the hotdogs and then I ordered grape slushy and a cherry slushy both add nerds and neither one of the nerd slushy‘s had nerds in them so then I call up there today after because yesterday she the manager told me that she was gonna give me a call last night she never called me back because she told me that she spoke with the car hop in the car hop brought me some sauce so she said I was lying when that’s not the case at all she did bring me sauce but only to one ranch and one marinara and that was the fifth time I already ordered sauce so if I wouldn’t have had her go back and get me more sauce I would’ve literally had zero sauce to eat it but then five hours later my wife tries it once we get home my wife eats the cheeseburger even though I told her it didn’t taste right she has been sick for the past 10 hours When we call the manager in the morning she does nothing but belittle my wife hang up on her four times and we have all of the recordings recorded so I tried to post it on here but it won’t let you post videos do not go to this sonic because it seems like there is a 12-year-old girl who is the general manager The worst service customer service and treatment I have ever been treated you could talk to me however you want but when my innocent wife tries to call you and you don’t let her get one word out and you just keep being rude to her for absolutely no reason and calling her a liar when you haven’t even heard the whole story yet you deserve to be fired and you’re lucky I’m not some crazy person because if you talk to a crazy person‘s wife the way you talk to me they would go up to that sonic And I don’t know what they would do but it wouldn’t be pretty you need to learn customer service and quit your job...
Read moreI stop into sonic easily 3 times a week. I do not usually go to the Sonic on n Crowley rd, but have been in that area this week. Yesterday was so very slow and my pretzel was so dark, almost burned. The carhop apologized for my wait. Okay, I get it, under staffed etc. I even give her a tip. Today, I order through the app when I get there and input I am in stall 14. The app tells me to press the red button to let them know I was there. The girl on the other end says she can’t find where I ordered anything. I explain I have a confirmation. Here is my name etc. She finally says “I’ll find it”. 23 minutes later., I press the red button again to ask where my order is. (It’s only 4 drinks and a pretzel twist)y It’s the same girl. She keeps trying to take my order and I’m trying to explain to her that I’ve already placed my order. A manager emerges and walks over to my car. Again, I explain everything to her and she keeps telling me they never got my order, and if I want food, I need to order and pay. I’m showing her on my phone the order confirmation page on my app and then I pull up my bank account and show her where there is a pending sonic amount for $8.38. I repeat the order to her, she then punched the red button and tells them the first thing I said. Then tells me to tell them the rest. She walks off and then I proceed to wait another 10 minutes. All in all I am there 44 minutes. The manager who came to deal with me was named Victoria and said she was a GM. She spoke to me very condescendingly and kept calling me sweetheart. She did not address the real issue. I understand about apps not working, being short staffed etc, but the real issue was the girl I spoke to the first time. She said she would find my order. She never communicated to me that she couldn’t find it (if she even looked), and just let me sit in stall #14 waiting for an order that was never coming. You can’t just shrug off your customers with an “oh well” and move on to the next. I ordered food, I paid for food, I was treated horribly and condescended to. This was not good service at all. When my food was finally brought I jokingly asked the young man if anyone spit in it. With a SMIRK, he said he made sure no one spit in it. I wound up throwing it it out. Many years ago, a coworker’s son used to work there and relayed stories of that very thing. After the smirk, and the condescension from the GENERAL MANAGER, I could not attempt it. This encounter was not as calm in person as reading the account I just wrote. I had already watched the GM come out and deal with a problem with the order from the car next to me. Read moreI don't usually write reviews but I am super aggravated at the consistent suckiness of THIS Sonic. I will not be back there again. I have been there several times hoping for a different outcome because I really love sonic. Today I received a bag full of completely cold food including but not limited to: soggy onion rings (not for me), somehow, overcooked and undercooked cold tater tots, a cold, wrinkly pretzel that looked like it had been sitting there all day (it was only 11:00 am), and a cold burger. All I asked for was to keep all the rabbit food, especially the onions, off of the burger and extra pickles, of which I got one. For those of you, like me, who hate onions, it's not just a matter of taking the onions off. The burger is basically ruined once the onions are on. Everything tastes like onion after that.Their drinks are never good. Burleson Sonic is way better than this. It just sucks that this is the one that's closest to my house. 10/10 would eat actual butt before I would go back. I'd rather have a sandwich from home and a bottled water. I also requested several salt packets because,let's face it, their salt and ice are freaking good. I got one. The only thing that wasn't cold was my drink. There was about one inch of ice on it. I hope y'all get new management. We're all so sick...
