Great Product. Horrible Service. My wife and I frequent the shop in Long Grove but were recently out this way and were pleasantly surprised to see one in Crystal Lake. However the staff follows you around hovering worse than a used car salesman. We assurred her we knew what we were looking for and she seemed almost greedy, wanting to hoard any samples. We witnessed the same behavior from the next customer who came in. She started to walk around and a gentlemen appeared from the back to 'escort' her around the shop while the lady with us still watched us like a hawk.
