Aggregation Distilling Company — Local services in Crystal River

On a whim, we decided to stop here on our way home from Tallahassee. It was the best decision we could have made! The distillery is in an unassuming little building. The setup outside was very cool and welcoming. The ladies working there were really friendly and happy to help us in every way. They even brought water for our puppers while we sat outside. The cocktails were incredible! I don’t think I can pick just one as a favorite. They were all delicious. The samples we tried of the spirits blew our minds. The rum we had a beautiful flavor profile. My favorites though have to be the kumquat vodka and gin. I’m not a gin drinker but the gin was out of this world! We will definitely be back for another visit. I recently had the opportunity to visit Aggregation Distilling in Crystal River. The atmosphere inside is so inviting, and there's a nice seating area outside under protection from the sun. It's run by a very nice family that make you feel right at home.

There are numerous craft cocktails and beers on tap, as well. If spirits or beer aren't your thing, then they also have wine available. There is truly something there for everyone... including pop and specialty waters.

This place is awesome! Glad we got to stop by on opening day right behind Cody's grill on highway 19. Check it out people! Drinks are super good. We had the kings bay sunset (pictured) and the whiskey lemonade. Both drinks are super smooth. Can't wait to come back and try the rest. The outside is set up perfectly with games, and soon a coffee and wine truck. Also heard soon they'll have beer as well. Check this place out and support local here in crystal river.
