Burlington — Local services in Cudahy

This Burlington store does have a great variety in all sections, that is great but it does not make me want to return to be honest because of the customer service. I made a purchase of $180 and the cashier Selena stuff everything in one large bag I asked her if she can double bag it since I would be walking home and their bags are extremely thin, she did but she had the worst attitude and eye rolling problem, it made me not feel comfy spending my money here, I called manager spoke to him and told him about the ridiculous bag situation that in fact even tho it was double bagged the bags still sliced open. On my way home. I go in 2 months later and for my luck i get same cashier Selena and the same "bad customer service". I have photos but can't upload...

This Burlington is great but it’s not 5 star great. My main concern is not having the fitting rooms open despite COVID finally being over with. According to the news COVID is no longer no more. So why else could they not want to open the fitting rooms? They expect us to eye ball it ? They want us to take the clothes home and if it doesn’t fit just return it but that’s such a hassle. Last time I went they spoke over the speakers telling customers to not try on the clothes in the restroom. Maybe that wouldn’t have been an issue if the fitting rooms were open don’t you think? Sucks so bad. Every other fitting room is open besides this Burlington in particular. Get it...

The lady that comes every morning and always buying the hello kitty blankets every time I go I see her standing by the receiving doors she a customer like me they should limit her on the blankets and let other people buy some too she has to be fair with the rest of us as customer she there as soon they open the doors and takes off directly to the back and it gets annoying the manager should do something about it. Poor management too. She is known though a lot of other Burlington stores that is so embarrassing. Sometimes I hope she gets hit by the door lol. Lady get a LIFE or a JOB!!...
