Ice cream was okay

It was my first time here a few days ago

I requested 2 certain ice creams i wanted together and immediately a young lady came saying that this ice cream is made with milk and the other with water

I said thats fine i’ll still take them together They kept offering me other ice creams instead of what i requested

If i had wanted another flavor of ice cream wouldnt i have order that first?

I ended up leaving with a flavor entirely different of what i wanted

I asked for mango and strawberry cheesecake they said its fresas con crema i said instead i’ll have mango and berry they said the same thing its made with milk and mango with water

Then they offered me 4 samples i didnt want or like

I went in craving mango and cheese cake cause i saw it on the menu

I left with double berry

It was my first time and wanted to find out how good the ice cream was

I the customer was not listened too

I didnt care if they were made with milk or water i just wanted the flavors i requested

I love this place! They haven’t been open long but I’ve been there a few times already and it always hits the spot. They have a ton of ice-cream/paleta flavors and you can even pick a flavor and have it chocolate dipped. So far my favorite is their tortas and cucumber agua fresca, it’s super refreshing. I went on my lunch break to check out the special $9 for a torta and an agua fresca and it did not disappoint!
