Had them booked for an event for months, they confirmed they were coming, free advertised for them and then they just bailed. Gave them a flyer with the location and a detailed email about what time to be on campus, even sent them a video the day before of the location, mentioned the road, where to pull in and set-up and mentioned the times AGAIN. No email, message, phone call to say they weren’t coming AFTER they saw the video....
