Not sure what folks are talking about on some of these lower reviews. If you know, you know...purchasing a fur isn't like ANY other apparel purchase.
If the conversation seems direct it's because it needs to be. Manufacturing a fur coat can bring a ton of different variables to the table, that simply CAN NOT be discussed over the phone. You need to shop in-person and speak with a sales team that is experienced and can help you reach your fur goals.
You need professionals like the ladies or Pollack Fashion to give you straight feedback and frank/honest customer service. Don't be timid about your budget, these ladies have seen it all. BE HONEST and tell them what you are comfortable spending and I assure you Pollack Fashion will have a fur for your budget.
Purchasing a fur is about treating yourself and having a quality fur boils down to having the right furrier. Having the best furrier = confidence in your purchase.
When it comes to cleaning and care, yes they need to see/touch the fur to give a true estimate for service.
I can't thank the ladies enough! I left with a fabulous coat, at a fabulous...

Read moreI just bought myself my very first fur coat from this Furrier during a pop up they had at a hotel in Philly. The selections were very wide. I was very surprised and also pleased to see lots of options for full-figured people. I was able to get a coat right off of the rack that fit me perfectly. This is especially what I wanted because once they start altering a coat the price goes up tremendously. And that has been my experience with every other furrier I've gone to. I can't wait to get another coat for a more dressier occasion. The customer service was phenomenal! Susan, her mom, and the other beautiful Queen took care of me. I was treated like royalty. And that's most important to me when I am spending my money. I can't wait to get...
